The house is an independent ground floor apartment and is the ideal place for families and groups of friends who want to spend a stay in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The apartment consists of a dining room with a kitchenette, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a double room, a double room with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with a shower cabin.

A private outdoor parking is available as well as a large free public parking in the town's town square.
Possibility of free use of the private garage to park motorcycles and scooters.

The use of a wood-fired oven and an external barbecue is also allowed.

Avenale is a small village surrounded by very quiet greenery not far from Genga and from the main tourist attractions in the area.
In the immediate vicinity are the Natural Park of the Rossa gorge, the famous Frasassi caves, the sanctuary of the Madonna di Frasassi, the Romanesque temple and the thermal baths of San Vittore.
A few kilometers away there are also the cities of Sassoferrato, Arcevia and Fabriano, rich in history and culture.
The house is also located in a strategic position given the proximity to the SS76 highway (about 10 minutes by car) that connects Marche and Umbria. In less than an hour it is possible to reach the Umbrian towns of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio on one side and Mount Conero, Senigallia and the Adriatic coast on the other.
The nearest train station is Genga Stazione (about 10 minutes by car)
