Landelijk,rustig,maar wel overal dichtbij

Keurige vakantiewoning met een eigen tuingedeelte, waar de honden konden verblijven. Het pad naar het huis toe bestaat uit grind, voor sommige auto’s lastig. 4 ruime slaapkamers 2 badkamers

Excellent accueil et grande gentillesse de nos hôtes

La maison ancienne partage son jardin avec la tante de la propriétaire qui est vraiment très gentille C’est grand et pratique, et la propriétaire est vraiment disponible pour répondre aux questions Les plages les plus proches sont à 45 minutes, les majestueuses grottes de frassasi 40 minutes Et une multitude de villages typiques sont à visiter aux environs Il faut prévoir des bons pneus car l’acces se fait par un chemin de terre bien pentu Nous recommandons ce lieu à toute personne qui aime l’ancien et qui souhaite profiter de tous les atouts de l’Italie en restant au calme loin de la multitude de touristes

Mi dispiace per la strada che in questo periodo è un pò sconnessa, per fortuna non è sempre così ed in genere viene aggiustata spesso. Si tratta comunque di 100 m circa. Siete una bella famiglia molto educata e piacevole che consiglio. Un grande arrivederci

una vacanza rigenerante

Con gli amici volevamo un posto tranquillo ma con la possibilità di visitare luoghi diversi: dal mare agli appennini passando per le dolci colline in cui è situato questo casale immerso nella natura. La Signora Ernesta si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile. Vacanza ideale anche per famiglie.

Casa molto pulita, completa di tutto. Fin troppo grande per noi che eravamo due adulti e due bambini. Accogliente in un contesto molto verde. Strategica per visitare i bei dintorni (Gubbio, urbino , frasassi) e anche il mare di Senigallia. I proprietari gentili e discreti

"Casa immersa nel verde, ben attrezzata e ben tenuta. La casa dista circa 10 km dal paese di Pergola ed è raggiungibile tramite un ultimo pezzo di strada sterrata poco agevole se c''è il ghiaccio. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato utilissime indicazioni per visitare la zona."

"Maison spacieuse avec tout l'equipement necessaire de la cuisine à la buanderie. Calme nature repos , ville de Pergola très proche avec commerces variés .Pour ceux qui veulent voir le bord de mer il faut compter 45min mais sur place énormement de choses à faire pour grands et petits.. ACCUEIL PARFAIT ENCORE MERCI..."

"Het huis is vrij groot e...

"Het huis is vrij groot en goed voorzien van apparatuur. Spijtig genoeg geen internet (2009). Rustig gelegen, tussen velden en hellingen. Een auto is wel nodig om ergens te geraken! Elke dag kun je wel ergens heen, en je hoeft niet zo heel ver te rijden om cultuur of landschappen te bewonderen. De vaste bewoners van het huis ernaast zijn discreet en behulpzaam. We spendeerden er een heerlijke 14 dagen. Siamo molto contenti e hanno passato un bel tempo!"
