Business trip that felt like a vacation

I needed a place for a business trip that could handle three adults comfortably. The home was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Justin was a great host that provided thorough instructions and expectations. Working all day with our clients then coming back to the property at night made the trip feel less like business and more like a vacation.

Early Christmas trip

Lovely home, ideal for up to 6 people. We had ourselves, our son and his wife, and their two children. Ideally situated to the university, shopping, and food.

Wedding weekend

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Short walk to MSSU. Shopping is a short drive and restaurants are just a short drive I can’t say enough about the layout of the house We had a great weekend

Best Joplin Stay

We love this house!! This will be where we stay every time we are in Joplin if its available. Very clean, roomy, wonderful neighborhood. Can't say enough about this beautiful home! Visiting Family

The house is in a great location not far off the Main Street in Joplin. Small new quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and very comfortable three bedroom house. Great covered patio with patio furniture and grill. There was everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable I even liked the pillows and I’m kind of a pillow snob. I will definitely stay here again.

Joplin trip

We had a great experience renting this house. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our stay. Infact, Justin bought a fan so I didn't have to bring mine from home. That was so kind and I used it everyday. He really goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable. We have a lot of family in the Joplin area and will definitely seek to rent this home again. Thank you!

Nice new home in a safe quiet neighbor. Finishes inside are beautiful. Open concept living area is spacious. The kitchen is well supplied with what you need to cook etc if you want. The host is quick to respond. This was our third stay and we will keep booking this one!

House was nice and clean and neighborhood was quiet. No steps from garage into house which was nice since I was using a walker because of a knee problem. Bed in master bedroom quite comfy. My only complaint is that there were no handrails in the shower. As an older person, I appreciate them. The shower was nice. There was food and drinks in the fridge but we did not use any. Unsure if it was for anyone staying there.
