Our 2-bedroom home offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood close to hospitals, KCU medical school, OCC, shopping, dining and more.

Inside, you will find a bright and inviting sunroom that can double as a third sleeping space, complete with a futon and extra bedding. The spacious formal dining room features a large table with seating for six, perfect for family meals. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials you need to cook and feel right at home.

The home features two bedrooms:
*One with a comfortable queen-size bed.
*One with two twin beds.
*The sunroom offers a futon that folds out to a twin-size bed.

Step outside to enjoy the privacy fenced in backyard, with seating for relaxing. The Walmart neighborhood marketplace is only one mile away. Enjoy a beautiful stroll at Cunningham Park nearby while the kids play on the large playground or basketball courts. The Mercy Park is 4 minutes from the house. This is a memorial park built on site of the 2011 tornado's ground zero serving as a place of reflection with walking trails, a pond, a fountain, and picnic shelters. This is a really neat park to visit.

Remove any food from refrigerator. Take trash out and put in trash can out behind the fence.
If you leave early, please send me a quick message before you leave. Lock the door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was very helpful in accommodating us & the house was very spacious, beautiful & a good lay out throughout the property. It has a nice large fenced in backyard which is real nice in itself. If I had to make at least one dislike or something that I didn't like it would be that there was some large dog feces still left behind before us. We're major animal lovers & I'm pretty picky where my dogs walk at so I didn't get to bring them.but overall all of us was very pleased with the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint, adorable home. We loved everything about it. It was cozy and comfortable and just what we needed for our short trip. Love the way they decorated the home. It was nice having our dogs with us and being able to let them roam around in the fenced backyard. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip!

House was very clean. Good location close to anything you'd need. Host was friendly. Check in & check out instructions were clear & easy to follow. DVD selection was really nice. Only complaint is that we couldnt get it to cool off. We turned the ac down but it would not get any cooler than 74 during our stay. It was a 50 night so we weren’t sure why it wouldn't cool off. Overall though it was a great stay & we would stay there again if we knew the ac would keep up!

I wish you would have reached out to me about this. The hvac unit works great and is newer. Most likely it was not turned to cool (because the heat had been on since we have had cold and also very warm days) or a setting was not right. I am always ready to help, just call or message me. I would have even swung by the house to help figure it out. I try hard to be very responsive and try hard to keep good reviews.
