Welcome to the heart of Joplin, our newly remodeled 2 bedroom home awaits you. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to hospitals, new medical school, MSSU, shopping, dining & more. It is complete with a beautiful sunroom which has a futon for extra guests, spacious formal dining room, with large table & seating for 6. The spacious kitchen you will find stocked with all the essentials, also 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds. (Also full size air mattress just in case) The sunroom which could be considered a 3rd bedroom has a fold out futon, with bedding underneath. Fenced in backyard, with chairs for relaxing and landscaping in the works. You will enjoy the neighborhood Walmart marketplace only one mile away. Enjoy a beautiful stroll at Cunningham Park nearby while the kids play on the large playground or basketball courts. We will accept pets on a case by case basis, just ask.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you have any dirty dishes, please put in dishwasher and start before you leave. Dishwasher tabs are in drawer by dishwasher.
Remove any food from refrigerator. Take trash out and put in trash can out behind the fence.
If you leave early, please send me a quick message before you leave. Lock the door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No big parties.
Lock up the house when you leave.
Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start before you check out.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint, adorable home. We loved everything about it. It was cozy and comfortable and just what we needed for our short trip. Love the way they decorated the home. It was nice having our dogs with us and being able to let them roam around in the fenced backyard. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect Holy Week Retreat

Girlfriend get-away

We visited a few sites. The mineral museum and the waterfall which we enjoyed. We enjoyed our meal at club 609 very much! We spent time relaxing and talking. The neighborhood was quiet which help with our restful time.

Cozy house

This house had everything we needed. Space to spread out, cookware, toiletries, and toys (which was very helpful for my son). We had stayed there before when the previous owners owned it. It hasn't changed, which is good.

Just what we needed

We came to town to visit family and had a rough time finding something that was pet friendly. I am so glad I found this place. It was exactly what we needed. Very cute and homey and all of the extra special touches made it even better. We will stay here again in the future!

A Joplin gem!

My husband's family lives in the Joplin area. Normally, we fly from California. This year, we opted to road trip with our dogs. The property was great. I never want to stay in a local hotel again! The yard is perfect for the dogs, the interior is nicely decorated and welcoming, and the kitchen well appointed. Shopping and restaurants of all types are within just a few minutes drive. We are already going to rebook for a May graduation and for next Christmas!

Nice cozy house in quiet neighborhood.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect! So much better than staying in a hotel. We didn’t have time to shop before the morning so the coffee and snacks provided were great. Amy was great. Checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard. It was so convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we are ever in town again we would definitely stay again. Thanks again Amy!
