My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Joplin and we had to travel between 3 gyms. This was slightly out of the way but completely worth it! The place was beautiful, clean, and the host was super responsive!

What a peaceful welcoming place to call home base while we explored the area. Galena has fun with their piece of Kansas Rte 66 history, and the part they played in the movie "Cars".Our hosts provided information on things to do and a clean, comfortable experience. We'd like to visit again to see what's next for the Mother Road in Galena! Would definitely hope to stay here again!

Good price

Nice place, check in was easy. The bathroom toilet and shower wasn’t very clean and there was only a half roll of toilet paper left for our week stay. We talked to the owners about that so they can tell their cleaning service. The owners said they will address that problem. Quiet neighborhood.and it was a pleasant stay! Nice place at a decent price.

We had a lovely stay in Galena! The property was spotless and every amenity was covered. The smoke/CO2 alarm was beeping when we arrived but it was just a low battery. We messaged the hosts and they told us where the batteries were and we replaced them on our own. They were also responsive to any messages we sent them. The property is less than a mile from Route 66, and many other attractions are within 30 miles. We would stay here again if we are in the area!
