Apartment not far away from the beach

Our in winter 2017/2018 renovated and newly furnished apartment is located on the garden floor (basement). It has a separate entrance, a spacious living room and bedroom with an extra bed for 2 people, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating and a spacious entrance area. We are happy to provide you with a cot for free.

Wohnung liegt zwar ein bisschen vom Zentrum entfernt, hat aber nie gestört.Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Aufenthalt in Binz

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in Binz und entspricht exakt dem Internetauftritt. Man kann viel fußläufig in der Stadt erreichen. Vielen Dank an Familie Schulz für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Rügen Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles war in Ordnung und passte. Am Anreise- und Abreisetag erfolgte die Übergabe bzw Rückgabe der Wohnung problemlos. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit auf Rügen.

Die Inneren Werte Stimmen

Sehr gut, gute, wertige Ferienwohnung, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Großes Wohn-Schlafzimmer, großes Bad, gute Dusche, gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Betten/Matratzen. Ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Kühle, saubere, großzügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber, alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Man merkt, dass am Haus aktuell noch gebaut wird, die Wohnung ist sauber, aufgeräumt und aufgrund der Kellerlage schön kühl. Ebenfalls für eine Kellerwohnung große Fenster. Man fühlt sich nirgends eingeengt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war zwar aufgrund von Corona kurz jedoch ausgesprochen nett. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, sehr zentral jedoch auch weit genug weg um ruhig zu sein.

Preis-Leistung stimmt

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Saubere Unterkunft und Corona konforme Handhabung. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Strand in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Binz ist eine Reise wert!

sehr freundliche Vermieter / niedliche und saubere FeWo / hier und da kleinere Mängel, die aber nicht wirklich stören (hat man Zuhause auch) / Außenerscheinung ist in der Tat nicht wirklich einladend / würden wiederkommen

Rügen ist jede Mühe wert. Nette Menschen gute Luft und Gutes Essen

Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber. Liegt im Keller des Gebäudes und deshalb trotz hoher Temperatur schön kühl wenn man nach Hause kommt. Vermieter sind nett.

Inneneinrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung

Nette Gastgeber. Glücklicherweise ist die Wohnung nicht wie das Außengelände, und kann zum Urlaub machen gut genutzt werden. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Strand fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt war sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war total bequem. Die Vermieter waren nett, freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar ganz unbürokratisch noch einen Tag länger bleiben, weil die nächsten Mieter erst einen Tag später anreisten und das Wetter so toll war. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nach ein paar Minuten bergab ist man auch schon am Strand, oder in der Stadt. Für Lauffaule fährt aber auch die Binzer Bäderbahn halbstündlich. Nur zurück läuft man besser, weil man sonst einen längeren Aufenthalt am Kleinbahnhof hat. Vielleicht fahren auch Busse hoch, das haben wir nicht getestet. Wie schon erwähnt, war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort nächtigen!

Wohlfühldomizil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir sind in den Genuss von einer sehr nahen Strandlage, Gastfreundlichkeit und einem schönen Ambiente gekommen. Kinder sind herzlich Willkommen. Es gibt ein Babybett was genutzt werden darf. Man muss sich nur noch eine weiche Matratze dafür mitnehmen.

Der Vermieter begrüßte uns nicht offiziell und hat uns ignoriert. Der Außenbereich war voller Müll.

Der Eigentümer hat sich nicht um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert. Er hat uns ignoriert. Die Wohnung ist i.O., aber im Außenbereich stapeln sich die Müllberge. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist auch mit Spinnweben verdreckt und mit privaten Sachen vollgestellt. Die kleine Sitzgelegenheit draußen war aufgrund des begrenzten Platzes direkt neben dem Balkon des Vermieters und neben der Grundstückseinfahrt. Es gab keine Privatsphäre.

Super Lage/Saubere Wohnung
