The cozy 54 sqm attic apartment on the 2nd OG is for max. 4 people furnished and has a balcony. The friendly furnishings include a practically usable kitchenette with dining area, living area with a new leather sofa bed, a flat screen, and a safe. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom in stylish granite. WiFi access code for 4 €.
The apartment has an underground parking space and a lockable bicycle box.
Pets by arrangement.
A tourist tax per adult is acc. Articles of Association of Binz. Currently (as of 2019), a visitor's tax of € 2.85 per night and adult guest is due. Children and adolescents do not cost tourist tax. The tourist tax is NOT included in the total price as it has to be calculated individually.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer gut durchdachten, gepflegten Anlage direkt hinter der Strandpromenade im wunderschönen Binz. Einfach toll! Wer lange Spaziergänge am Ostseestrand liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten leider überwiegend schlechtes Wetter. Leider gab es nicht viele Aktivitäten die wir bei schlechtem Wetter machen konnten, wodurch wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, allerdings teilweise sehr veraltet. Die Wohnung war leider die meiste Zeit von dem schlechten Geruch der Abflüsse des Badezimmers belagert. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings ging während der Inbetriebnahme der Backofen und die Dunstabzugshaube aus und konnte erst einige Zeit später wieder angeschaltet werden. Den kurze Weg zum Strand haben wir als sehr positiv wahrgenommen. Trotzallem wurden wir nicht von Rügen überzeugt und werden nicht erneut zurückkehren.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Betten sind bequem. Nach 100 Metern durch die Dünen ist man an Strandpromenade und Ostsee. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

FEWO im Dünenpark

Wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage in einer sehr schönen Fe Wo im Dünenpark in Binz verbracht. Wir haben in der Fe Wo alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorgefunden.

Top Zufriedenheit

Der Empfang der Schlüssel verlief reibungslos. Alles war vom Vermieter sehr genau beschrieben. Die Wohnung hatte eine optimale Größe ,Lage ruhig und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Ins Zentrum von Binz 2 km. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr hochwertig und umfangreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.

Silvester in Binz

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Objekt ist gut gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Immer erreichbar, gute Kommunikation und sehr nett. Gern jederzeit wieder.

Schöne ruhige Lage, nicht weit weg vom Strand. Zum Zentrum von Binz nicht weit.

Wir sind viel mit dem Bus gefahren. Haltestelle war in der Nähe. Mit dem Hund hatten wir keine Probleme. Frühstücksbrötchen gab es ganz in der Nähe. Rundum schön!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Top ausgestattete Küchenzeile und ein tolles Bad. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Täglich war „Hedwig“ ( so haben wir die Möwe getauft) da, was sehr putzig war.

Urlaub/Binz

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Leider ist eine Woche Aufenthalt viel zu kurz . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte eine super Lage und war gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles super zu erreichen ob zu Fuß zum Bäcker oder mit dem Auto die Insel erkunden. Rügen hat so viel zu bieten .

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und ist optimal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
