The friendly furnishings include a practically usable kitchenette with dining area, living area with a new leather sofa bed, a flat screen, and a safe. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom in stylish granite. WiFi access code for 4 €.
The apartment has an underground parking space and a lockable bicycle box.

A tourist tax per adult is acc. Articles of Association of Binz. Currently (as of 2019), a visitor's tax of € 2.85 per night and adult guest is due. Children and adolescents do not cost tourist tax. The tourist tax is NOT included in the total price as it has to be calculated individually.
