About this property

Modern furnished 35 m² apartment in a quiet location in the center of Binz with parking space at the house and separate entrance to flat ground

- The equipment includes living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and a kitchen with all common appliances (except dishwasher & oven)

- Only 150 m to the center (numerous restaurants & shops) and 3 minutes walk to the beach

-Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
Price is for 1-2 persons, each additional costs 10 € per night plus. fees

A beach basket for the summer months and W-LAN internet access, we offer for our guests in addition to the apartment.

Smoking only allowed in the outdoor area (Non-smoking accommodation)

Herzlich unkompliziert

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Alles hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder ein paar Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbringen.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber

Wir wurden vom Zug abgeholt und später auch wieder zurück gebracht, alles was man an Infos brauchte, konnte Alexander gut beantworten, sehr nette Kommunikation! Druckte die Kurkarten direkt für uns aus. Lage ist perfekt im Orte Binz, trotzdem nicht zu laut. Geschäfte und Restaurants sehr gut erreichbar, ebenso die Seebrücke und Touristen-Information.

Super schöne zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super, und hat alles was Mann/Frau braucht. Sie liegt sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls mit dort, was bei fragen sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung bekommt von mir auf jeden Fall 5⭐️ plus. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt 😁

Super

Kleine, feine und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, in der wir unseren Kurzurlaub in Binz verbrachten. Sie ist sehr ruhig und dennoch super zentral gelegen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigen. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!
