The "Jahreszeiten" apartment building, designed in the spa town style, is located on Margaretenstrasse in a small pedestrian zone, just about 30 metres from the Baltic Sea beach. It’s also centrally located in Binz, with shops, restaurants, and other shopping options within easy walking distance. The pier is also just a stone’s throw away.
The very tastefully furnished Meeresrauscher apartment is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift) and features a nicely furnished balcony facing southwest.
The apartment features 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), 1 living/dining area with a fireplace (heated with gel—please provide your own), and a fully equipped kitchenette.
In the living area, the couch can be converted into a bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for a third or fourth person, preferably children, for an additional fee.

An outdoor parking space can be rented for a fee of 6 euros per day; it is located about a 5- to 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Inside the stylish apartment building, there is an lift, a drying room, and a bicycle storage room.

This apartment is a true gem located right on the beach.

The very tastefully furnished “Meeresrauscher” apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible by lift. It features a nicely furnished southwest-facing balcony with a view of the stylish neighbouring houses and the lovely pool of the adjacent, sophisticated Binz spa hotel.
This comfortable and cosy apartment features one bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a wall-mounted, internet-enabled TV. It also includes a combined living/dining area with a comfortable couch, as well as a TV and DVD/CD player, a fireplace (heated with gel—please provide your own!) and an open kitchenette integrated into the living area (including a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and 4-burner stove).
In the living room, the couch can be converted into a bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for a third or fourth person, preferably children, for an additional fee.
Pleated blinds and curtains provide blackout coverage in the bedroom and living room.

A high chair is available free of charge upon prior request.
A travel cot (without linens) can be rented for a one-time fee of 10 euros for the entire stay.
