Downtown is 15min away and 20min to the Beaches. This property has private parking, Laundry and outside entertainment area. It is fully equipped with what you'd need to prepare a meal or just relax and have a great time.

This Hanahan property was just as it was described in the description. Very clean, well maintained, nicely stocked, and in a very quiet area. The host checked on everything during our stay making sure my family and I were all good and making sure there nothing else we needed. The location was close to Charleston and close to other towns as well. It was so nice and cozy. Definitely will stay here again, when we visit again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay - easy access to Charleston & surrounding beaches. The place was beautiful, very clean, great beds and exactly as the pictures showed. Wonderful kitchen and the free k cups for coffee and the snacks were a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone booking a stay at this property.

The rental was very clean and well supplied however hooks on doors for hanging especially bath would be helpful..Also their is a rooster crowing each AM at 5 and neighborhood is questionable.

We enjoyed the unit

The house is made up into 3 units each having its own entrance and parking. The unit was very clean and fit the pictures posted online. I’m not use to close living quarters but we adjusted. The unit was very quiet. We didn’t utilize the picnic table due to the extreme heat. We will recommend the unit to other's.

We had a nice stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was decorated up nicely. The only issue we had was parking. The back parking lot is not designed for bigger vehicles to get back there which we have a four door F150 Lariat. We managed but it was very difficult to get our truck back there. Nothing that would keep us from staying here again, I would just suggest a more compact vehicle.

Midtown Retreat is a brand new renovated property. Located in the city of Hanahan, an up and coming neighborhood, extremely centrally located. Just 5 minutes from Charleston International Airport, Major shopping mall, restaurants and more. Downtown and the beaches are just a few minutes away. The locations is very quiet, only two blocks from city hall, fire and police stations.

Midtown Retreat offers a quiet and relaxing environment with a private parking area and an outside entertainment siting/eating area. The location is impactable since it is close to the 2 major highways (I-26 and 526) which will take you anywhere around Charleston in minutes.
