Super cute home in a great location. Close to both the river and town. Extremely clean with everything you need. Lovely weather so when we were hanging out during the day we enjoyed the patio. I highly recommend!!

Perfect house for a visit to Livingston. Centrally located, easy to walk to restaurants or cook your own meals in a well stocked kitchen. Super comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and great family rooms for visiting. Would definitely rent again!

From booking to check out, it was seamless. The house was even better than the photos. Very comfortable beds, very nice bathroom and shower, and all very clean. We will be staying here again if back in the Livingston area.

Perfect location for exploring Livingston!

This property was a wonderful base for exploring Livingston. It is clear that a lot of thought and energy were put into the 2021 remodel. We hope that it is available the next time we visit.

Perfect home, walk to downtown and Yellowstone River

Wonderfully renovated bungalow with all the amenities. Our stay was so comfortable. Some nights we cooked at home; other nights we walked downtown to eat out. Beautiful riverside walking path and park half block away. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed hosting Linda and her husband and hope to have them back when her husband is feeling better. They arrived early and we let them check in as soon as we could and later that evening, Linda called me and said they had to head back to WY. The illness was due to a COVID complication.

Enjoyed the house. Lovely bathroom and the extra air conditioning in the bedrooms was helpful, being it was 99 degrees. I had no problems with parking my car on the street in from of the house. We enjoyed the backyard as well. I would stay again.

Nicely remodeled home for our short stay. We enjoyed our morning walks down by the river. We missed being able to open the windows during our stay due to this being a multi unit property and the other tenant being seen and heard
