Our vacation here was absolutely wonderful! We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic. We spent hours on the private balcony which provided seclusion and an incredible view. Building entry/exit was seamless with easy parking near the elevators (which were very fast; we never waited more than a few moments for a an elevator during our one week stay). We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful space to unwind comfortably

The unit was gorgeous and comfortable! We loved watching dolphins swim past each morning and evening from the LARGE 20th floor balcony (ceiling fans added extra comfort on hot days). The unit was clean, bedrooms and bathrooms provided the space and privacy we needed. The beds and furniture was cozy. We were a multi generation group ages 70, 69, 40, 18, and 9. We all loved it!!!

I took my sister and her friend to this condo to stay for a week and we loved it! Right on the beach, great location but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Unit was super clean and decorated so cute! Manager was super quick to respond and very nice. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

The description of the property is spot on. Beautiful place and wonderful view of the gulf. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very accommodating. Loved having a designated parking spot and being able to control the thermostat as well (most places only allow a certain low temp). We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t ask for more here! Beautiful and well kept property. Anything we needed for the beach, cooking, or fun was already here. The management was excellent, friendly, and quick to respond. The beach is perfect! Location is great and within walking distance to many things, general store, deli, shell shop, candy store, etc… Thank you for a great family vacation!

Cozy getaway with great ocean views

The condo is great for us — quiet getaway for 2 adults, with fabulous view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Coastal decor is a plus. Love the spacious balcony area. Feels safe. Internet was good. No issues. Parking garage is a bit zany but take it slow and it’s fine. Elevators were great.. fast. Overall A kind of place for us. We will stay here again.

The place is beautiful, plenty of space and right on the beach. We had no issues, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. I sent that to the property manager already. Don't let that stop you from staying here! It's beautiful and the property manager was quick to reply to any concerns.

The condo is beautiful and clean. The view from the 20th floor is spectacular! Very easy communication. They answer the phone or will text you an answer to your question. I do wish the rented beach chairs were included. They do have everything you need to take down to the beach. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, and floaty things. We had a great time and enjoyed everything about our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

If the question is do you spend a little extra, the answer is yes.

Facilities and parking are great. Within 5 min drive to walmart and dining is close enough. I've never seen more sq.ft. dedicated to a balcony and I am so happy they did. The sound of the ocean fills the outdoor space even 20 floors up. Outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, new condition everything, a few beach chairs and umbrella... very appreciated. My wife, son, and myself couldnt of felt more comfortable. No loud neighbors and nice. As a man with a family that doesnt like to part with money i will do it again, I recommend the condo. I will stay with warren beach rentals again next time i travel to the gulf.

4th July Vacation Trip

So, I'll start with the booking of condo. Don't let the price of this Condo deceive you like it did us. We got a bill with tax and services sent to credit card then we got a separate bill from Warren Beach that was a shock for their services. It was never discussed that their would be another charge and the amount of that charge. I will never stay here again, just because of this reason. In the break down of the cost of Condo their were already services built in the cost. We got an extra separate bill??? from Warren Beach??? BEAWARE!!!The Condo was nicely decorated and the AC worked really well. The balcony was beautifully decorated and had a lot of useful furniture like an eating area and lounging area. Nice outside furniture! The balcony had fans, which was a nice touch for hot days. There's one fan that doesn't work well, but the other fan worked great! The living area roomy and comfortable and had 2 comfortable oversized lounger chairs The pots/pans are new looking. The kitchen rug was dirty and stained. The steak knifes need to be replaced. The metal part of the the knifes came apart while using them and cut me The master mattress wasn't very comfortable. The guest bedroom mattress was comfortable. The toilet in the master makes a weird noise when flushed.The guest bathtub doesn't drain well. There isn't a pantry, so you have no place to put your groceries. Pantry space desperately needed. It looks like the owner is using pantry as a locked storage.

This condo was exactly as described. The space was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the fact it had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes prior to departure. The balcony was huge and a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset.
