The apartment complex Granitz is centrally located in the beach road, in the immediate vicinity of the spa park and the north beach (about 200 m).
Apartment 56:
The 1-room apartment is 36 m² and furnished as follows: double bed and wardrobe, sitting area with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchenette (2 plate stove, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, egg cooker and fridge) and small dining area. Of course, bathroom with bath and toilet is part of the equipment. A linen package can be rented (bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 towel - per apartment a bath mat) per person 14.00 EUR - dish towels on request, towel change for an extra charge possible. Please order with booking and pay on arrival. Cot and high chair can be rented on request (€ 10.00 each).

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Checkin war sehr nett. Ein direkter Parkplatz zur Wohnung war auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung an und für sich ist ok, aber was gar nicht geht ist die Pantryküche. Diese müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Arbeitsplatte ist kaputt und aufgequollen und wurde an der Front mit Panzertape geflickt. Die Türen der Schränke hängen auf halb 8. Wir sind nicht pingelig, aber das geht gar nicht. Der Essbereich ist praktisch, aber auch nicht mehr der Schönste. Des Weiteren war auch der Duschschlauch sehr marode und sollte ausgetauscht werden und sowas kostet kein Geld. Nur Geld einnehmen alleine reicht nicht, man sollte auch ab und an investieren. Der Preis war eigentlich für den Zeitraum über Ostern echt ok. Aber nicht für solch einen Zustand. Sehr schade, aber durch den aktuellen Wohnungszustand können wir diese Wohnung definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Preis/Leistung noch okay. Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist super. Nahversorger, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Einige Schönheitsreparaturen sollten zeitnah erfolgen, kosten auch nicht viel.
Sauberkeit an einzelnen Bereichen verbesserungswürdig.
Insgesamt noch in Ordnung.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung
Wir waren vier Nächte in Göhren und für die kurze Zeit war die kleine Wohnung genau richtig für uns. Sie ist wirklich sehr nah zum schönen Nordstrand und auch zum Südstrand kann man bequem laufen. Göhren ist ein sehr schöner Ort, der alles hat ohne so überlaufen zu sein.
Als Anregung: die Matratze sollte mal getauscht werden, die ist recht durchgelegen, was mein Rücken mir quittiert hat obwohl ich sonst nicht so empfindlich bin. In der Küche wäre noch ein Kochlöffel und eine Kelle hilfreich, vor allem damit man die schönen Teflon-Töpfe nicht zerkratzt, da musste man sich mit sim normalen Besteck sehr vornehmen. 2-3 Weingläser wären auch noch nett, ansonsten ist die kleine Küche gut ausgestattet.
