New home! Enjoy resort style living! This home features 3 private bathrooms, a private room with pull out couch, and a bonus room with five individual beds. Experience luxury inside Twin Creek Marina Resort with 2800 sqft of living space. Step out to the private porch to unwind by the fireplace or grill out. You have the option of visiting the resort style pool (soon to be 3 pools), rent a boat, launch your own boat, rent kayaks, paddle boards, golf carts, fish, or enjoy the nature trails!

For safety reasons, we prefer not to post pictures of the outside of our home. If you would like to see additional photos of the patio area and front of the house, I am happy to send pictures.

Beautiful new home in Twin Creeks Community

Loved our stay at this property, and Reagen is an excellent host. The house is just a short golf cart ride from Twin Creeks Marina. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Fun times at the lake

The property looked and smelled new (newly paint). The house was decorated really nice. We loved the open house concept and it seemed like it was very well appointed. The kitchen had very nice appliances and was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The golf cart was an added bonus since the listing did not state it (picture had it so we were unsure if one was available until we asked the Manager). We loved the ice machine in the garage as well as the extra fridge/freezer to extra hold drinks, etc.. We loved the proximity to the marina and its amenities. We made a lot of fun memories that weekend and hope to do this again. We would recommend this house to others for sure. Management seemed very responsive to all of our requests. The only improvements I would have liked to have seen is to have one more bathroom upstairs (i.e., instead of the odd sitting area). Yard to be fenced and the back porch to be screened in. The fireplaces' (inside and outside) pilot lights were not lit and we tried several different ways to do it but finally gave up. The outside bbq was out of propane so we could not use it. We did not have a fob for the swimming pool and ended up going through the back way (water was very cold).

Reagen was an amazing host! Great communication! Love this house!

My sister and I brought our families for a lake get-a-way. We have 7 kidults together so we had 5 of them in the twin beds. Love the outside fireplace and TV. Home is beautiful and within walking distance to the marina. Highly recommend this house!
