Modern Waterfront Lake Ozark Oasis Boat Slip Available
Located in Lake Ozarks by MM#12 & close to everything! This recently updated condo is the perfect place to relax after a fun day of vacationing. Feel like eating in? The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need including an air fryer & a grill is provided as well. You will love the shade & privacy the screened-in deck provides. The view at night is amazing! Amenities include a water-front pool, firepit area & park-like grounds. 12x30 Boat slip available upon request
The Space
This spacious condo has a master (waterfront) bedroom with attached full bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds and are located close to the second bath. A queen (easy to blow up ) air mattress provided as well. The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters has a breakfast bar with seating for four and opens to the living room and dining area with a table for four. Walk out to the screened-in waterfront porch from the living room or master bedroom area. Laundry provided in unit.
The waterfront pool is a fun place to hang out! Across from the pool is a firepit area.
Guest access
The full condo is yours we do have two storage closet locked for owner's personal belongings.
Other things to note
There is one flight of stairs to the unit. The unit itself is all one level. You can park one car in front of the building. Other cars can park off to the sides of the building.
We do have a Ring camera on the exterior of the condo by the front entrance and a Minut decibal monitoring system that will let you know if you are being too loud and also help if neighbors complain and you weren't being loud we will have proof that you were not.

I'm a realtor and wanted to extend my rentals into the short term rental market.
My husband and I have a big family with lots of grandkids. We enjoy spending time with our kids and grandchildren and extended family. We also love to just stay home sometimes with our puppies. We like to travel and sight see, try new restaurants and new adventures

Why they chose this property
We wanted a waterfront property and looked for the perfect condo. When we saw this 3 bedroom condo and how updated it was we couldn't pass it up. We loved how the deck was so private. We thought the open floorplan worked really well for families and also the master bedroom being located on the other end of the condo worked well. The grounds we thought were beautiful. Our biggest surprise was after we bought and were setting on the deck at night, the lights make it magical.
What makes this property unique
The location of the condo is great! Also the way this condo is situated you are waterfront but can't see any of the other condo's decks in the complex so it makes it very private. We also love the waterfront pool.
