The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 family house in a quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is located directly at the house and can be used free of charge.
The apartment has everything you can imagine. This goes from furniture, e.g. B. partly boConcept up to a Philips Smart TV incl. BlueRay Player. When the weather is nice, the beautiful garden can be shared. The S-Bahn to Esslingen and Stuttgart can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, or by bus in about 7 minutes. The Landesmesse Stuttgart is about 17 km away, 15 km of the main road and motorway. Stuttgart is approx. 22 km away and can be reached completely via the B313 and B10. Esslingen is about 10 km away. Many tourist destinations are in the immediate vicinity, e.g. B. the Hundertwasserhaus in Plochingen. Various (technical) universities in Esslingen, Nürtingen Geislingen, Göppingen and Stuttgart can also be easily reached by public transport.
