The newly equipped 1.5-room apartment is very quiet, bright and comfortably furnished. In the immediate vicinity are catering, bakery, butcher, supermarket and public transport. The city center can be easily reached on foot or by rental bike through the city park. The front Sanderau is one of the best residential areas of Würzburg and is due to the central, but quiet location not only popular with students. The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed area near the Ringpark. The residence and other sights are within walking distance. A bus stop is 100m away and a tram stop is 300m away. The main train station can also be reached in a few minutes on foot or by tram.

Einige grundsätzliche Angaben (Essaal, Garten) waren von FeWo leider voreingestellt und sind nun berichtigt. Alle Bilder sind allerdings selbsterklärend und zeigen die Ferienwohnung, wie sie ist. Irreführend ist nicht die Beschreibung, sondern die Bewertung des Gastes. Eine derartige Bewertung (1*) abzugeben ist unseriös und unfair. Künftige Gäste hätte z.B. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage ebenfalls interessiert.
