About this property

La Grangette in the Haut Cantal

Barn converted in the style of mountain chalet located in the north Cantal, Artense/ Cézallier region near the Massif du Sancy.
The cottage, of 25m2 consists of a living area with television, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with double bed, a bathroom with shower, sink and radiator and a terrace (see photo)
The electric heating is up to current standards and completely new. A garden with a beautiful lime tree is accessible if desired.
Tourist sites and hiking trails are numerous as well as lakes, very popular with fishermen.
On the photo of the building, you can see that the studio is upstairs on the other hand the ground floor is not inhabited because we live in the house next door (which you can also see) it is a room for the gardens that we have on either side of the houses.
A hiking trail is accessible a few metres away, in this area, we are spoiled for choice as everywhere in rural Auvergne. Do not hesitate to ask questions, I will be happy to answer them.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le gîte est très bien agencé et très propre.Henry et Jocelyne, nos hôtes sont adorables et très accessible, ils connaissent leurs régions sur le bout des doigts et si vous êtes randonneurs , ils vous donneront les sites remarquables a voir et si vous êtes de fins gourmets, ils ont aussi des adresses pour les fromages de la région et la charcuterie !On reviendra a coup sûr et avec grand plaisir.
