I offer you this beautiful little house in the centre of Theux close to all amenities. Here nearby, no need for a vehicle, you have absolutely everything, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, takeaway.
You are 10 minutes from the spa centre with the thermal baths, 20 minutes from the Formula 1 circuit, 15 minutes from the forestia park, or the wild world of Aywaille, the caves of Remouchamps.
You also have many walks that I can provide you with if needed.
In this house, even in summer, it is cool. You have a garden with a nice little terrace, a barbecue area.
A good coffee machine and everything to cook. If you have children, you have an outdoor area where they can play and lots of games for them to have fun.

A small basket of fruit, a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. No need to take care of your towels as well as bed sheets, I take care of everything.
