Waterfront Paradise with NEW Jacuzzi Spa!

Located in Canandaigua, NY on the West side of Canandaigua Lake. One of the few homes located right on the lake. It has spectacular lake views from all sides of the house. This property can only be booked through VRBO..

The home itself, offers around 1800 square feet of casual waterfront living. It is a bright, newly remodeled, comfortable home. The upper floor features beautiful hard wood floors, perfect for reducing allergens. There is a full kitchen, dinning/living room area, master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath. This property can only be booked through VRBO. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and the master bedroom that open onto a private covered deck that runs the full length of the house. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine at night. This property can only be booked through VRBO.

The lower floor has a carpeted sitting area with 2 bunk beds, ½ bath, laundry room and a screened in lanai perfect for BBQ’s, family gatherings, and game nights (foosball table). This property can only be booked through VRBO. There is also a 5 person jacuzzi spa with a lake view for you to relax in and over 60 feet of shoreline to fish or swim. If you come with your boat we have a buoy in front of the house.

Canandaigua Lake is one of New York’s most beautiful lakes, situated in the famous Finger Lakes region . This is a unique and special vacation home which gives you a chance to enjoy every aspect of a summer on the water. This property can only be booked through VRBO.

4th of July vacation

We enjoyed staying at this lakeside home for the week. We enjoyed the lake views and easy access to nearby downtown Canandaigua. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking at home most nights. Overall we would recommend this home for its location and lake views/access.

Great lake front place for the family

Amazing property and a great stay. Only ding was that the listing said pool table and Keurig coffee maker and there wasn't these items, but the ping-pong and jacuzzi were awesome.
