Located on the 2nd and last floor with lift of a quiet residence, the apartment is bright and benefits from a pleasant balcony where you can enjoy the sunny days in peace. You will be only a 10-minute walk from the Thermal Baths (or 3 minutes by car), while enjoying the calm of the area. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bright living room with a sleeping area, a bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and has a private parking space.
