This was our second visit to Guam and we hadn't spent much time on this part of the island before. This was a fun location and a beautiful view.

Excellent location, beautiful region, lots of local fun at the pier nearby. Good access to attractions in the south. Space is also very unique and truly on the water. I think a bit of renovation is needed (and planned?). Also, would appreciate if owner would make sure they go through checklist before letting guests in (hot water, gas range, etc.) If you contact them via SMS, service is very fast and friendly! Overall highly recommend
Came to Guam for a project and stayed in the boat for 2 weeks.
I never write reviews but was compelled.
Thank you Travis and Hanna!
It’s a house boat with an unforgettable view and a great air conditioner.
I used the Kayaks to go spearfishing and rod fishing.
Hanna brought over fresh fruit and the owner was more than hospitable.
If your one that needs an immaculate place and can’t pick up after your self…probably not the place for you.
But if you want a quirky cool place to relax on the deck and stair at the ocean 10’ from the deck, you’ve found paradise.
Thanks again and will absolutely be staying here again.
We really enjoyed eveything about this place. Hannah is very responsive to all of our questions. It has everything we needed and more. It is a clean and cozy place and you will enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding. Or you can just sit and relax. Our family enjoyed it a lot.
