Nice view and close to Naval Base

We had no trouble finding the house. We spent most mornings and evenings on the back balcony which had a great view. The Naval base was only 10 mins away and the house is on a dead end so almost no traffic. House was clean and well supplied. AC worked great and the car port was covered so never had to get wet the hole time we stayed. Would recommend this location to anyone.

One room was slightly clean, dirty under the furniture. The other room had mole you would not believe!!! They had to rent another hotel, which cost more, to get away from it. The manager was beside herself. Photos were submitted earlier, therefore I am not going to bother, it was really really BAD!.

Beautiful view! No cable and internet likely in part due to pending repairs from the typhoon. We stayed in both the 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom rentals. Both can benefit from some updating inside and out. Overall, the rental fit our needs and the price was right.

Mold, rats, and electrical

We were grateful to have indoor laundry. But we didn’t know there would be significant mold on all the walls. After communicating with Dina, the owner, Queen came to clean the walls as much as she could. Then there was evidence of rats. I had fresh rat poop on my bathroom sink one morning. If it’s quiet enough, you can hear what sound like rats moving above you in the drywall of the bathroom ceiling. The drywall in that bathroom is so water damaged and needs replacing asap. In order to access the electrical panel you need to open a kitchen cabinet door because they built the cabinet over the panel. Major safety issue. When we opened the cabinet door, sitting inside were our smoke detectors, disassembled and without batteries. The listing talks about the view and the view does not disappoint. But you do have to drive through a small road with broke down cars and tractor, and wild pigs.

Nice place in south end of island near Navy base

Nice quiet place to be near Navy base except for the roosters 😂. A little far from the city but Taco Bell, subway and Pizza Hut close by. For breakfast definitely try Pops Bakeshop!!!! Tuesday- Saturday and opens at 5:00am, get there early and definitely try the cream cheese rolls. 😍 You have to ask for them as they keep them warm in the back! Don’t be shocked when you have to go past a bunch of junk cars to get to house, Jeff is pretty cool but loves collecting cars, it’s a Guam thing 😱. The master bedroom is huge and we put a inflatable bed because our kids are grown men. Did see a few wild boars around the property but they will run when they see you. Enjoyed our stay but we had business on other end of island and it was a hassle with the constant rain and flooded roads going back and forth. Would recommend if you have business or family at Navy base! The upstairs is 3 bedroom 2 bath and downstairs is 2 bed. No problem with noise and has plenty of parking. Do Not park under the coconut tree as the people downstairs found out 😱

Big home in the quiet of Southern Guam

I recently stayed with my wife, two other couples, one of which has a baby. We enjoyed the location a lot and chose the area because it is quiet but still a reasonable drive to the action in Hagatna and Tumon. The large living room and dining room were nice for hanging out for all seven of us and the kitchen was well equipped (we cooked dinner a few times during our week stay). There were some small cleanliness issues, which we didn't mind overlooking, but one of the showers had so low water pressure that we couldn't use it, which made cycling through the one shower a bit of a pain. Otherwise, pretty good communication with the owner and easy check-in, check-out.

Awesome views however, house itself was okay. It needed new towels, new bath mats, and good cleaning. Overall, owner communicated well and was very accommodating with military personnel.

Great view and nice house!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this "hidden gem". Sandra was great and picked us up at the airport and drove us to the house since it is in Santa Rita. The views were great, the yard was lush with the fruit trees and vegetation. There was even a little visitor who came to see us each day and we named him "breezy", he was the cutest little puppy. The only thing I would recommend is updating the outdoor chairs and providing better kitchen cookware. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay on Guam which we consider our other home.

A Quiet Retreat With A View

Our stay at this particular residence was perfect in every way due to it's quiet location, tremendous parking (2 covered and a very large lot for additional parking), and living space for my families with all the amenities of a home . Every morning preparing breakfast, was greeted with the view of the harbor and ocean in the distance. The floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom and living room with the partial ocean view, was so relaxing especially for the reason for coming home. Thank you Asia, for allowing us the privilege to stay in your wonderful home. And Dina and especially Chris, the on-site manager, for making our stay comfortable and extra special. A home away from home. For future guests, the house floors are multi-level, so be mindful to "step up or down". A rental car is a must since Santa Rita is a small quiet village with local groceries to accommodate basic needs, but far removed from the business districts for shopping, eating and entertainment. If looking for a slow paced getaway, but still within a reasonable driving distance to everything else, this southwestern portion of the island is a start. On the lighter side, as much as I love mangos, this would be the only exception that I would strongly recommend, to make an aggressive trimming of the trees to expose a fantastic view of the ocean and harbor - if it is on the property line. :-) Looking forward to a return stay in the very near future. We had a really nice stay at this home. It was a really clean home that had all the amenities of home. I definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting guam. Pleasant week-long stay!

Our family had a very pleasant week long stay here. The home is tastefully decorated and in a secluded location. We had a nice family time with my kids. They even walked to the basketball court to play some rounds with the locals. The house sits on a hill and overlooks the harbor and the baseball and basketball field is right below the home. My kids saw roosters for the first time and discovered many little critters outside. The home is in a very natural setting and my family had a great time discovering the outdoors. I will definitely be back again. Thanks Chris for making my stay very memorable!

Great place to stay for families

I stayed at this ocean view home which was on a hilltop with a view from all rooms. I was very pleased with the accommodations. At first I was very skeptical because of the reviews, but I must say that none of the things listed on those reviews was anything I experienced. Instead my family and I had great meals both indoor and outdoor in the kitchen and on the patio and a home that was truly up to US standards. It was a really quiet and peaceful place and having the tenants downstairs was a plus as they were very friendly and even told us where to go for great food and site seeing. I will definitely be back again!

Amazing home to explore the beautiful island!!

This was an excellent home base for our trip to Guam. We had a WONDERFUL time here. The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The property is well maintained and the owners were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. The property manager, Asia, was also extremely helpful. The island is beautiful to explore and this property is a great home base for experiencing the island. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place as a beautiful, private get-away! Definitely explore as much of the island as you can, but the home makes a wonderful place for relaxing days and returning from activities. We are already thinking about our next vacation to the island!

I love this Amazing Home!

This home was right on cue on its description. It is a hidden gem that I absolutely loved! 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms completely functional with airconditioning in every room was perfect! The free wifi and 50 inch tv in the master bedroom and living room kept me and my family completely in touch with the outside world while still being secluded With this amazing view. My kids even went to play basketball with the locals down the street. It is gated and safe and absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be back again with my family.

Don't Ever Stay Here

This rental was a huge mistake. It exemplifies the saying - act in haste, repent at leisure. The house looked pretty good in the pictures on the website, but pictures don't tell the whole story. The location was inconvenient - in the middle of a pretty sketchy area where you had to drive past shipping containers and slums to get to the property. It seemed that there were hundreds of roosters crowing at all hours of the night. Inside the home, the shower in the master bathroom was unusable as the glass doors providing access to the tub were installed backwards with the handles inside, so that the doors couldn't be opened. We had to use the shower in the 2nd bathroom, but there was no outlet in this bathroom, so you had to shower in one bathroom and use your hairdryer in the other. The decoration was appalling - it looked like it was selected by someone whose idea of high style came from reading Penthouse. All 3 of the mattresses were well past their expiration date and were very uncomfortable to sleep on and the purple satin sheets in the master bedroom were over the top. The sliding glass doors leading out to the deck off the master bedroom were so corroded that they didn't open wide enough for anyone to access the deck. There was an ocean view, but it was so far away you needed binoculars to see the ocean. Finally, there was a full time resident in the basement apartment - not a problem - but we were never told about this by the on-site agent, much to my embarrassment. In short, please find another place to stay while you're in Guam.

LOVE THIS AMAZING HOME!

This was truly a secluded home up high in the hills with an ocean view that was breath taking. I must say that I was very happy with my stay here. The beds were comfortable and the italian tiles were shiny and clean. The decor was tastefully done. The best thing was it was in a secluded area and this was what made the home very appealing to me. The roosters crowing in the morning reminded me of a time back when nature was the alarm clock. I felt very comfortable and free as I explored the outdoors and had this view that was incredible. The manager Chris was very easy to work with and told me about noises from chickens and outdoor critters but I told him that I came from a farm in California and this did not bother me at all. In fact it was enjoying to hear the wiildlife outside instead of the hustle and bustle of cars and city life in California. This is the best place if you truly want to enjoy island living. I will come back again soon when I visit Guam again next year!

A good first impression that quickly fades away.

Place seemed great at first. Wonderful view, appeared clean, full kitchen. Once it came time to go to bed our impression of the place took a nose dive. The mattress in the master bed is completely shot and caved in to the center. As if this didn't make it difficult enough to sleep, the incessant dog barking, loud strange noises from the multitude of lizards, and the numerous free range roosters on and near the property which begin crowing promptly at 4am and carry on for hours did make it impossible. In, addition the ceiling in the bedroom is rotting through the paint which is quite off putting to look at. Saving the worst for last, COCKROACHES. A giant one crawled out of the air condition and traveled directly above our heads as we are eating dinner, and one of the nights trying to sleep was interrupted by my girlfriend screaming that something is moving in the sheets. Pulling the sheets back revealed another giant cocktoach IN THE BED! Absolutely NOT the place for people looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

GREAT PEACEFUL LOCATION WITH A BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW

MY 2 KIDS AND HUSBAND STAYED AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF SANTA RITA AND REALLY HAD A NICE STAY. THE 3 BEDROOMS ACCOMMODATED ALL OF US AND IT WAS SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL DECORATED HOME. WE ENJOYED THE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS FROM THE HUGE KITCHEN WINDOWS AND MADE COOKING DINNERS A REAL JOY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A NICE QUIET HOME THAT IS TRULY RELAXING.
