About this property

Comfy and Convenient

Perfect for a weekend getaway or a business trip! New wood floors throughout. One good sized, open, bedroom with a queen bed and it’s own full bathroom. Two large doors separate the main bedroom from the rest of the house. There is a half bathroom with the washer and drier in it. The dining area has a mordern looking glass dining table that can sit six people comfortably. The kitchen has good lighting and newer appliances (oven, electric stove top, drip coffee machine, microwave, toaster) and a island for counter space. The dining area, kitchen and the living are connected which makes the stew seem very open and more spacious than the pictures show. The furniture is very comfortable and in good condition. The tv isn’t a smart TV but it’s hooked up to a FLEX with some free apps and some apps such as Netflix or Hulu will require a password and login information of your own. The backyard is small but private and the neighbors are very inviting.

Cozy & comfortable

Location was convenient; walk to restaurants. Furnishings were nice and AC & ceiling fans kept you cool. Nice to have full size kitchen appliances. I didn’t plan on cooking, but not well stocked for that.

This was a cute house conveniently located near downtown Las Cruces with restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was comfortable and perfect for my one night stay.

Great spot for walking downtown

We have some favorite rentals in Las Cruces that were already booked. Found this place which was $30-$50 less expense per night. We enjoyed it for the easy access downtown restaurants. Simple. Clean. Priced right.
