Small, simple and charming detached country house made of tufa stone. With a surface area of about 60 square metres, it is ideal for a family or couple's stay. Set in a large garden with trees, the house is surrounded by woods and fields.
The house is located between the Loire and Cher, close to several castles of the Loire - Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceaux, Amboise, Clos Lucé, and many others less or not known, but not without character - as well as the Beauval zoo.
The region also lends itself to visiting the cellars of Loire crus (Bourgueil, Vouvray, Mont-Louis, Touraine-Mesland), some of which are dug into the tufa.
The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, which is accessed by a stone porch. On this floor there is the dining room, a lounge area with fireplace and a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, etc.).
In the living room, board games and a CD player are available. There is also a sofa that can be converted as a "backup", but which requires a little preparation.
A miller's staircase leads to the ground floor under the roof, for a large bedroom (composed of a 140 cm bed and an 80cm bed) and a bathroom with shower (a new shower has just been installed) and toilet. A foldable cot can be provided
All the furniture in the house is made of solid wood.
The garden, bordered by a wood and a living hedge, decorated with large trees, invites you to walk or play in the open air. A table, garden chairs and deckchairs allow you to have meals and relax.
Finally, under the 1st floor there is a room accessible from the outside where there is a pyre and the washing machine. Garden furniture can be sheltered there in case of bad weather.
