FALSE ADVERTISING AND GROSS

I paid for 2 rooms with kitchenettes and got standard rooms without. They refused to give me the correct room or a refund. Place is dirty and the pool had so much scum on it that someone carved their initials in it. False advertising and room pics refused to make it right. BEWARE
