Short trip to Lake Erie

My family and I decided to take a quick trip to the Lake Erie area. This house made a good central base location away from the hustle of the tourist attractions. House was clean and enough room for our family of 5.

Great place to stay for fishing!

We stayed here as we were fishing Lake Erie. Excellent boat parking! Great outdoor space! Centrally located to fishing. Very responsive owner. We needed to extend our stay and the owner was very helpful in making this happen. Great experience in a great house.

Nice for families!

Several times in our past vacations, we had to have our kids share a bed with each other and that is not an ideal situation with the dynamics of our four. Everyone was pleased with the sleeping arrangements and that made mom and dad very happy and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Hettie, for allowing us to stay.

Perfect place -spacious house with large yard. We loved the décor. Stayed with a friend and our kids. We had plenty of space. Location was great, about 10 minute drive from Main Street Beach and downtown.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future. The home worked pretty well for my elderly parents with some mobility issues, (their main suggestion to make it even more friendly for the elderly is to add a grab bar near the toilet). The home was very clean and the kitchen and laundry areas were well stocked with all the basics. You can stand in the driveway and see the lake at the end of the street. It’s a short drive to sandy Main St beach.

Everything you need!!

Me and my people loved this home, we loved everything that was there for us to use. Games , outdoor sitting with other games! A beautiful yard and a great window by the kitchen sink to peak out into the yard on the kids! Nice quiet neighborhood and close to the water! Don’t think just book this place!!!!

TERRIFIC PLACE TO STAY

Here’s what we enjoyed about our stay…The house is amazing and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Great location. Large backyard for the kids to play in with a nice hammock to swing in. Some assorted toys in the garage that everyone enjoyed. Functional kitchen. House was very clean and comfortable. Hettie was responsive and even helped us get into the house quickly after we had lost the key! Probably the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Woodside house

We had a wonderful stay in a cute and recently remodeled home. It was a great place for us to visit extended family. Our son, his wife, and our grandson stayed too. It’s an open concept main area which was nice for our 18 month old grandson to play. I definitely recommend it and will most likely stay again.

Bright and clean!

We were in town for Oberlin college drop off and found this to be a perfect place to stay. Quick drive to Oberlin, right up the street from the lake, very sweet town. The house is spotless, inviting, bright and clean. All communications were immediate and thoughtful. We sincerely hope to be back. Thanks!
