The newly furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms is located on the edge of the village

This property was completely refurbished in 2012, d. H. new electrics, new pipes for water and gas, new bathrooms, new insulation. Even if it seems a bit inconspicuous from the outside, from the inside you feel like in a new building. The object is clinkered with massive and good clinker bricks. The roof was subsequently insulated with glass wool. The object also has plastic windows with insulating and soundproof glazing.
The three bedrooms (1x with double bed 180x200cm, 2x with 2 single beds 90x200cm) are located on the upper floor of the house.
2 parking spaces directly at the house, bike shed,
about 2000m to the beach, about 1000m to the spa "Cliner Quelle", shopping nearby

Erholung - bequem wie Zuhause
Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann !
Viel Platz, super eingerichtete Küche, Sitzmöbel und Betten sehr gut für wirbelsäulengeschädigte Gäste. Fußläufig ist Carolinensiel und Harlesiel sehr gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vor Ort und für uns war das Haus von der Größe und Lage super. Sollten wir nochmals nach Carolinensiel fahren würden wir sicherlich dieses Haus nochmal Buchen 👍🏻

Das Haus war gepflegt und optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Ein Manko war die ungepflegte Außenanlage. Wir hatten viel Platz auch für unsere Räder und einen PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus.
