About this property
Loft for 14 people, Graz center
The apartment is located in the heart of Graz, on a cross street from Herrengasse. It is 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz, 5 minutes from the main square. Two blocks away is a "Spar" supermarket, which is only open every Sunday until 9pm. Cafés, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors to congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL and Magna international staff.
The apartment consists of an approximately 200 m2 room with 5 double beds, a sofa bed and 2 single beds. The room is separated with the help of cupboards to offer more privacy. The apartment is perfect for Formula 1 or MotorGP, New Year celebrations.
All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In the house there is a room with washer and dryer with free access for our guests.
Sheets, bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Blankets and pillows are available free of charge.
