Nestled away on a quiet road you'll find a little slice of paradise on Lake Greenwood. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards! This lakeside cottage is off the main water. Very little traffic and calm water making it perfect for all ages and personal watercrafts.

This cozy cottage has it all! Be sure to grab groceries on the way because you will love the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Though you might not need to visit any local establishments, there are many wonderful places to eat and you can access them by land or "sea". Access the water by way of dock or swim ramp and enjoy with the provided floats and kayaks or bring your own vessel of choice! The cottage bedrooms are outfitted with cozy beds where you will dream of your next fun filled day on the water. Where do you want to hang out with your family and friends, will it be the outdoor covered patio overlooking the water or the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit right by the water?! The hardest decision you need to make is how long you want to stay!

Only reason I didn’t leave all 5 stars, the grass out front seemed really tall upon arrival so there were a few ant hills hidden that my toddler got into.

Comfy, cozy and great water views

From the outside to the inside, decorated in a cute (not overdone) nautical theme. The house was clean with soft towels and comfy bed. Everything you could want is here. We loved watching nature from the covered back porch in the morning with coffee and dinner there in the evening. So quiet and we plan to return here this summer.

Great Christmas Getaway

I found this place to be peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and accurately described in the description of the listing. The home is well stocked, and clean! The fire pit was a huge hit when my son, and his fiancé visited. David, is a great communicator, and he, and his wife Meghan, went above and beyond putting out Christmas decorations for my stay. Definitely gave it a home feeling. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful lake house

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation on this property. It was clear that the owners thought of every detail from having dog bowls for our pets, lake toys and a Keurig machine. The porch with a lake view was wonderful. We were looking for a property to bring our boat along. They have a sturdy dock in a protected bay. We will be returning soon.

Enjoyable property and stay on a great spot on the lake. Quiet area. Nice deck in which to relax as well as a great dock. Very nice place to paddle board(brought our own) or use one of the provided kayaks. I tied up my waverunner to the dock with no problem. We also rented a boat and tying up to the dock was a breeze. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms were quite comfortable. WiFi was a bit intermittent at times but didn’t interfere with our trip. We still were able to watch several shows each day on the Smart Tv as well as a movie one night. It rained several days of our trip - passing storms- so that could have been part of the issue. Owner messaged to make sure everything was going ok.

Great getaway

Our party included four adults - 2 mid 40s and 2 mid 70s. We found this location to be accurately portrayed in the photos and description in the listing. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has many items that you might need for a longer stay: mixer, coffee maker that brews a pot and uses pods, pots and pans, mixing bowls, etc. A doggie dish and two blankets were provided for our pet during the stay. Soaps, shampoo, and hairdryer are included for you. Check in and check out were easy. The host is a great communicator if you have questions or concerns. We found the lake to be quiet and peaceful during our Thanksgiving stay. We would stay again.
