Important Information



Parts A and B of the residence are currently undergoing renovation work, which may cause some noise disturbance until the end of August 2026.

The Opale studio is located in Part F, away from the construction work. Any disturbance should therefore remain limited, but we prefer to inform you in full transparency so that you can book with complete peace of mind.

Welcome to Opale, an elegant 38 m² studio, beautifully renovated and located on the first floor of a secure residence with an elevator and a caretaker.



Its greatest asset? A stunning view over Concarneau Bay, which you can enjoy from the balcony, your bed, and even the kitchen. Just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, the beaches, and the coastal path, it is the perfect location to explore Concarneau without needing your car.



The Accommodation



As you enter the studio, a hallway leads to the different areas of the apartment. You will first find a spacious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The bright and welcoming living area has been designed to provide maximum comfort. It includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine ideal for longer stays, and a real sleeping area with a comfortable 140 × 190 cm double bed. The tasteful and elegant décor creates a relaxing atmosphere, while the layout has been carefully designed to make the most of every square metre.



The true highlight of the property is its sea-view balcony. From this outdoor space, you can enjoy magnificent views over Concarneau Bay and Rodel Beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, have a meal, or relax with a drink while taking in the scenery. Sheltered from the elements, the balcony allows you to admire the view even when the weather is cooler or slightly overcast.



Household Linen (Optional)



Our concierge service offers linen rental:

* Bed linen and towel set: €20 per bed.

*There is no baby bed and high chair



The studio is equipped with one 140 × 190 cm double bed. This optional service must be requested before your arrival.





Parking

A private outdoor parking space (No. 32) is available free of charge. Please note that the parking space is relatively narrow and is best suited for standard-sized vehicles.
