Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be representing this absolutely breathtaking corner unit. #2-304 is an incredibly unique property. There are very few corner top floor units in the Direct Oceanfront Buildings. A 270 degree direct oceanfront view from your living area that leaves people speechless! A HUGE L shaped Lanai that allows you to walk out and enjoy the gorgeous views.

Immediately upon walking in, you'll appreciate a remodeled fully equipped kitchen with shiny black granite countertops, and upgraded cabinetry. Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Utensils, Cooking Spices, & More!

The Living Area has an indoor dining area and seating to enjoy Cable TV & Wifi High Speed Internet. Enjoy ocean views from the Kitchen, Living Room & Front Ocean Facing Bedroom that gives you direct access to the Corner Lanai!

There are Lounge chairs & Outdoor Dining Table Seating for the large corner Lanai to enjoy.

The Front Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and has Shoji doors that separate the Living Area from the this bedroom.

There isn't Air Conditioning available, but incredible ocean breezes come through, and the tall ceilings allow any hot air to escape with ease.

The Master Bathroom features a gorgeous stone shower and a Full Sized Washer/Dryer for use.

The Back Bedroom has a King Sized Bed & TV with Cable Access as well!

There is a second bathroom that has a tub/shower combination with similar finishes.

You can comfortably sleep 4 people total in this nearly 1200 square foot special condominium.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.
The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Sunset dinners and ocean retreat

Staying oceanfront is a must for us and we were not disappointed! The ocean view is incredible, water is clear and blue, sunsets are gorgeous. Free from road noise, the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Daily we watched kayaks, canoes, boats even seeing dolphins from the linai twice. The bed was comfortable, property is clean and well stocked for home meals and day excursions. We were comfortable without air conditioning (in the ocean side room) with the windows open and the ocean breeze flowing through. We loved the expansive linai of the end unit and the privacy of the top floor. Would stay here again.

Location is excellent, from our third floor wrap-around lanai perch overlooking the water to the easy jumping off point to attractions and adventures, food, and shops. Spacious and relaxing accommodations. We plan to come back!

We enjoyed our stay here. You are definitely paying for the view which is amazing! The condo is clean but could definitely use some new carpets and a more comfortable bed. Loved the well stocked kitchen and the beach towels and chairs to use. We really enjoyed the pool and the ability to walk to the beach.

Honeymoon Experience

This location has an amazing view of the ocean. The corner lanai is hard to beat. After a long day exploring the island, coming back to the ocean breeze flowing through the unit is refreshing. Hoping that we can come back to this location in the future!

Very nice place!

This was a great place in a great location. It was the most well stocked condo ever...like a home. There was even first aid stuff under the sink. Highly recommend but keep in mind no AC and it was hot in Sepr. There were 5 fans, which helped greatly. I would visit again at cooler time of year.

We were in LOVE with our accommodations and it was even better than advertised. An amazing patio overlooking the ocean was an amazing oasis for breakfast in the morning, gorgeous sunsets before heading out for dinner and waves crashing at night. There was plenty of space for two different couples staying here. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We walked to the store in the mornings, took a dip in the pool at night and even snuck in some pickleball. We would sooooo STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Very nice older property

This was a 10-day stay for us and we enjoyed being there. Despite having no AC in the unit, there are enough fans to circulate air in the rooms. Our unit actually did have beach chairs and towels, snorkel gear and other things not mentioned in the write-up, which was a nice surprise. Management was very responsive! The view was astounding and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't wait to return!

This property exceeded our expectations. The unit is extremely comfortable. It is up to date with electronics/WiFi. And a real perk for us as we ate most of our evening meals in the condo - the kitchen was great. We have stayed in a lot of units similar to this and the kitchen is often lacking but not here. Felt like I was at home. We spent the majority of our time on the porch because the views were breathtaking. I hope one day I can return.

Other than that it was clean, comfortable, safe and quiet and the view was more than we could have imagined. Location was close to KTA and Long's for all our needs. Excellent choice!

Supplies lacking.

We were there for 10 days. We only had 2 dishwasher pods. Only had 1 1/2 rolls of TP in one of the bathrooms. Had only 1 roll of paper towels. We had to buy theses supplies and left them at the facility. Only one box of Kleenex in one of the bathrooms none in the other. The queen bed needs to be replaced. King bed was great. The view was amazing. Whale watching was spectacular!!!

Reviewer Comments: Excellent lanai for watching sunsets, whales or just general relaxation. The grounds are very well kept and the pool was nice (not heated so only could use it on the warmest days). The home has vaulted ceilings which gives it a spacious feeling. I give it a three star due to it being completely carpeted with light carpet, light furniture and the screens opening and closing hit or miss. The toaster was half broken, the TP holder falling off cabinet, loose tiles in the kitchen and notes on the slider to not open a screen in the bedroom. I understand ocean front there are always going to be issues however I would have expected a slider to work and not having things falling apart for the price point and expectation of 5 star.

Perfect location

We love staying at these condos. They are in the perfect location. Grounds are beautiful and pool is great. We love to get right out n the water and this place was that. The high surf rocked us all night and even the building shook a bit. That is not normal to have such high surf but we loved it. Being on the water gives maintenance quite the challenges. The patio doors and screens are a little rough to open and close. The one window next to the bed off the living room would have been nice to have had a screen and opened at night for air flow. Note that the bedroom closet to the water only had a queen, we typically get a king in that room. The king bed is in the bedroom facing the parking lot. Just a heads up if you’re looking for the king next to the water. The king was really comfortable and that room had windows to open so was very cool in the night which we like. And it had a ceiling fan in that room too. There were lots of fans in allThe rooms making it stay pretty nice without air conditioning if you open it up and let the trade winds blow through, The smart tv worked great and the furniture was very comfortable.

Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, and Queen bed enjoyed the sounds of ocean waves. No A/C but provided several floor fans that helped on warmer nights. If you don't mind leaving all the bedroom doors open, the breezes travel through throughout the unit creating a very pleasant temperature in the evenings. Owners had beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards for outings at the nearby beaches. Closest swimmable location is Kahalu'u beach about 2 mins up the road. Complex has 3 on-site tennis courts (2 adapted for pickleball) and the large pool was refreshing. The grounds are immaculately kept.Oceanfront location was perfect, distance (walkable) to nearby shopping center, and easy travel to south Kona sight-seeing. Only issue was no screen on the bedroom window due to "the building settling", so we couldn't keep it open w/o bugs entering the room. Overall it wasn't a big issue but one KKSRC should resolve. We would definitely stay here again for the oceanfront views! Highly recommend.

This unit has a lovely view. We like the Kona Surf and Racket Club development. The host company was a bit corporate feeling. We have stayed in this condo development two other times and know you must be quiet and follow other rules. I just did not expect a long legal document to sign about the rental rules. They were not flexible about letting us in early, even though the unit was available. The condo was clean and comfortable. Be aware that the king bed is in the bedroom on the parking lot side of the building. This room tended to be hotter as it did not get the ocean breeze and there is no air-conditioning. The queen bed was in the room facing the ocean. The doors and screens to the patio are older and don't move very well. Some can't be moved. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall we were happy with the unit. It is up on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Any noise caries to all the nearby units and so if you want to party go somewhere else.

Wake up to the ocean surf every morning, an ocassional porpoise off shore and have good food and activities close by. The sunsets are great and the amenities in the condo say home away from home.

Very special place with amazing views!!

The listing very aptly described the property, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. We spent so much time on the deck enjoying the crash of the waves in the rocks and the beautiful sunsets. I was initially concerned about no air conditioning, but the cross breeze and fans made the condo so very comfortable. I would SO come back to stay here!!!!!

Beautiful views but could use updating

We loved the lanai, the amazing sunsets, the condo facilities - which were perfect for families, and the location. The place was clean and spacious but needs refurbishing. The master bedroom was uninhabitable if the sun was shining b/c of the heat (but it cooled sufficiently down at night), sliding doors and windows felt like they could break at anytime. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It is a great spot if you are out and about during the day.
