Banyan Tree Unit #202 is ready for your Hawaiian Vacation. The 1200 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, & lanai that is 25' from the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area. A/C wall mounted in Master Bedroom.
Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking. Chaise Lounge Chairs, and Table Sets are available for your use. ***Please note that there is Security Surveillance Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.***

Your Private Lanai, the Pool Deck or 2nd floor Veranda are perfect spots to watch for whales, dolphins, surfers and Kona's Amazing sunsets.

We had an incredible 10-day stay here. Dana was wonderful with answering any questions and the condo was perfect for my husband, our two teens, and myself. It was stocked with everything we needed to have a few meals in, and having the beach items to use was fantastic. We loved waking up to the ocean (this condo couldn’t get any closer to a more perfect view!!). The location was wonderful as well. Overall a great stay at a very clean and comfortable place with a great host.

We were so impressed with this condo! Very relaxing, and loved being able to hear the waves and watch the surfers. We have rented many condos and houses before, and this one was so well stocked with things you need for the beach and the condo itself. Really made our stay relaxing! Excellent!

Just a couple of things, for 4 people staying 10 days we just needed more paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels. The lanai is not usable when your are running the mini split as the exhaust is blows right where your sitting. Other than that it was great

This condo is located just 2 miles from downtown Kona. Condo was very clean, well stocked, in fact it was the best stocked condo I have ever rented in the 30 yrs I have been traveling! The owner responds very quickly if needed. She even gave me some ideas for beaches near Kona and answered any question related to the area or the island. The oceanfront view is amazing.

Our experience was outstanding. We found ourselves mesmerizing by watching the waves crashing outside our lanai and the surfers that gathered starting at 6 am. There were four of us, my husband and me, and our adult children. The layout of the condo allowed privacy for both couples. The host was very responsive and generous by supplying staples for our stay, such as laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. The condo location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the airport. All were within 30 minutes. Our trip was to celebrate milestone birthdays for both me and my husband. Our host knew this and we arrived she had fresh flowers and a birthday balloon to welcome us. Our stay in Kona was truly memorable. Thank you, Dana.

This Condo is the best we have stayed in. The unit is well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap and what not. The unit is very clean and extremely comfortable. Nothing beats the view and watching the surfers. It is also a great location. Communication with the host was extremely quick and responsive.

Condo has the best view ever...the lanai is near perfect. Unit had so many useful additions...plenty seating, bedding, towels etc. Host is super responsive...when washer broke, it was fixed by the time we got home. Never tried TVs....no comments. Absolutely loved this property. The view was spectacular, along with the furnishings. It was heaven to sit on the lanai each evening for “sunset hour” as we called it, and feel like we were floating on the waves. I would love to stay here again! For parents of young children who want to spend a lot of time at the pool, however, I would make sure to read through pool rules before booking to make sure that you’re ok with the limitations of pool play at this property.

This two bedroom is a great place to have as a base for exploring the Big Island. From morning coffee to evening sunsets the oceanfront location was endlessly beautiful. Condo comes fully equipped with beach gear, kitchen equipment ,and a good location In Kailua. Enjoyed the artwork as well!

Great home base

My husband and I brought our two teenagers to Hawaii for the first time and this place was an excellent home base for us. The condo is well stocked with everything I needed to cook most meals at home. The lanai that overlooks the ocean was always full of surfers and I loved watching them. We watched the sunset from the lanai each day. The beach umbrella and beach chairs that were supplied were so nice! Lovely place!

Literally just steps from the ocean! The lanai overlooks the ocean, and it was fun watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets! The condo was very clean, and our host was very kind, giving clear instructions. Very happy we chose this condo based upon it’s location!!!

What a gorgeous place with magnificent ocean views.The beds were wonderful, beautiful artwork, and comfortable furniture. Since we are older, the elevator was a pleasant experience. Sitting on the lanai while watching the surfers, turtles, fish, spinner dolphins, and whales was a daily routine ….simply paradise!!!
