Get a good night rest in the master bedroom on the California King sized bed equipped with a premium organic Talalay latex mattress to maximize your comfort. We are sure you'll be pleased with the upgraded kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, teak lanai furniture, and much more. Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.
You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive from our condo. Located in Building One, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on the living room side, and bedrooms back into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Have a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.
For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a Graco crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, and assorted beach toys.

Nice condo with lovely ocean front balcony. In-house W/D and clothesline was very handy. Everything you need for a trip to the beach was provided. The condo is centrally located to many beaches, activities, dining, and KOA airport.
Nice condo, great location if you like being over the water. Complex wasn’t too busy when we were there, which we liked. Communication with Marta was good too.
The property was just as expected! Everything was great, including view, communication with owner, AC in each room for when needed, start up supplies and mattress topper! I was inspired to buy one for my bed when I returned home!
This unit was my favorite place we stay on our last trip to Hawaii. The unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and grounds were very well taken care of with lots of parking. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this condo. The view from the lanai is even better than pictured. The location is great, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to the major tourist attractions. Our host was a great communicator and check out was super easy! I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My husband and I spent most nights sitting on the lanai playing games, having cocktails and watching the waves. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. It was very clean! Perfect location as well.

Great place to stay while visiting Hawai'i - away from the madness in town.
Property is as advertised - awesome views from the balcony, the crashing waves lull you to sleep too. And we did see dolphins splashing in the distance, as well as a awesome sunsets.
The owner was very responsive to emails.
Very clean, well managed, feel very safe, very friendly people staying. Awesome views of the sunset, great pool, nice condo with all you need, beach equipment great, bbq very nice, great location, Safeway best for groceries, two step best snorkeling, lots of beaches close by and restaurants, for us nice to have a car to get around.
We loved staying at this location. The view was amazing, condo was exactly as advertised and Marta was fantastic to communicate with. Our only regret, we didn't stay longer! We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

We bought this condo for our own enjoyment and rent it out when we are not using it. This is why our guests enjoy thoughtful touches, like fully equipped kitchen where we actually cook, bathrooms with ample towel racks, toy closet with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach toys and so on. It is our second home and not a cold and impersonal rental.
Why they chose this property
Best location within the complex. We directly face the ocean, and our bedrooms face a beautiful green courtyard and not a parking lot. Even though we are on a busy Alii Drive, we are far enough from the street, so no traffic noise.
What makes this property unique
Totally oceanfront for whale and dolphin watching. Very private lanai (balcony), due to offset architecture of the building. We also have installed AC that few of other units at the Sea Village have due to a high cost of AC permitting.
