Huge Modern Villa - Panoramic Views - 5 minutes to the Beach

This modern villa is situated in a gated community just 4 minutes from Punta Poppy beach. The elevated position allows for spectacular panoramic views over the ocean and Las Terrenas countryside.

The villa is split on 3 levels with a total of 4 master bedrooms plus 2 studio apartments. There are 4 kitchens, 2 dining areas, large infinity pool, jaccuzzi (not heated) rooftop BBQ with sundeck and 3 additional terraces.

There is a single car garage with electric door and parking for up to 5 vehicules.

This is one of the largest villas in the area with a total surface area of 600 m2, and can sleep up to 14 guests in comfort.

The rooftop has a BBQ area, Jaccuzzi (not heated), dining area, 2 terraces and 2 king bedrooms.

The main floor has 2 master bedrooms, living room with open plan kitchen and a large terrace with infinity pool. There is ample seating and dining space for 14 guests.

The lower level has 2 self contained studio apartments with king size beds as well as convertable sofa beds.

The villa is inside a gated community but also has its own private entrance. The house is at the top of a steep hill and there are no street lights. Arriving in daylight and having a car or motorbike is recommended. The closest shop is a 5 minute walk down the hill. The beach is a 15 minutes walk or 4 minute drive. The main town center is a 5 minute drive away where you will find 2 large, well stocked supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants.

Electricity is billed seperately and is calculated by meter readings on arrival and departure. The rate is 15 pesos per KWH and is paid in cash on departure. The Villa has security cameras and a back up generator in case of power cuts.

After booking you will receive directions and the security gate code. There will be cleaning lady-assistant during your stay who will check you in, clean the house and answer any questions you may have.

Beautiful views

The view from the rooftop is just breath-taking. You feel like you are being hugged by the mountains. Just spectacular, a must do on your bucket list.
