Dream house close to the beach

Beautiful well furnished house with a poolRight on the beach . Well furnished with property manager on site who is very nice and sweet and super helpful

Upon arrival we were not greeted at all, the property. The property was being cleaned and ur wasn’t ready, trash at the entrance, the person seemed to be annoyed by us. Towels smelled like urine, stained, the wash them in a kiddy pool, we had to ask daily for “cleaned towels”, there weren’t enough. Main bedroom shower had no pressure, handle was broken, no hot water , we showered outside in the pool shower with cold water. Which was brown and dirty. It was Christmas week, not even 1 single decor . Very basic and all the kitchen utensils were super old, there wasn’t enough toilet paper, you had to ask the guy who gave us 1 used roll of toilet paper when it ran out, not even paper towels, when I contacted the hosts about these issues, her replied was rude, she answered me that if I wanted all those commodities in should have rented a much more expensive house next door and that she would charge me for the broken handle of the shower, no apologies, no willingness to make us feel welcomed, it felt like she was lending us the property and not renting it. This was the worst experience ever. The oven doesn’t work, the pizza oven was dirty… it was disgusting, horrible experience

Estas personas no fueron agradables del todo, Comenzaron hablando mentiras, escribiéndome a mí que la casa no estaba terminada de limpiar, cuando yo misma me encargue de la limpieza la cual a las 3:00 pm ya estaba lista para entregar. Esa es la hora de entrada. puso al seguridad de la villa a quitarle unas cenizas al horno de pizza lo que me parece que es lo agradable de un horno de pizza y paralelamente me escribieron a mí diciendo que el no había terminado de limpiar la casa por solo eso. Y al final ni siquiera utilizaron el horno. Comenzaron a buscar detalles insignificantes basándose en mentiras porque yo sé cómo está todo allá y yo misma me encargué de que todo tuviera en condición. Conclusión: me dijo que si no le reembolsaba una buena parte de dinero iba a poner el peor comentario que hayamos tenido. Opino que estos Clientes buscan el mínimo detalle, basándose en mentiras para que le devuelva dinero.
