Very relaxing 3 bedroomwith a large back porch, and perfect for boating with access to the bay or ocean.

Why they chose this property

This property is located very close to many fine restaurants and is located just 25-30 minutes from Key West, if you have a boat you will enjoy the short time it takes to get in and out to the ocean.

What makes this property unique

The back porch is very large and has both air hockey and a ping pong table, there is also a flat screen out back in the screened in porch area to enjoy watching tv and having a drink. There is also a outside bar umbrella and a commercial broiler out in the back yard.
