About this property

Marbella at Palmas del Mar Outstanding Condo

Entire condo with two King and one full bed. Hard tile Floor and all you need in a garden apartment just seconds to pool including beach, golf courses and forest.
All amenities talk by themselves in a very well maintained Palmas del Mar Location with a full full kitchen and 24 hour check-in.

The apartments is located on a garden, including Wifi, washer, dryer, all kitchen appliances (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, etc.)

Guest might use any available parking, but NOT the covered ones. There is no parking limit.

I'll be available 24/7 even the self check-in is very simple and the instructions are clear.
Guests are allowed to use the dolphin pool during the weekday. The dragon pool is available for guests during the weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. The dolphin pool is for residents only during the weekend.

Please be aware if you are more than 6 guests, an Inflatable bed will be provided and it should be placed on any other apartment place.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We appreciated having coffee and tea available as well as all the utensils and cookware needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the owners were incredibly responsive to our questions. The only drawback for us, which was minor, was that all TVs are in bedrooms so it was not easy to sit together and watch TV in the evening. The unit was quiet, the community safe.
