Escape to to what is known to our family for the past 50 years as the most magical place on earth!!!! El Cocal is a Gated community of Beach Houses tucked away between the beautiful mountains and Caribbean ocean of in the east coast of Puerto Rico. Here your mind, body, and soul can't help but relax and become one with nature.
Villa Luna has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. First bedroom has two full size beds, Second bedroom has a queen size bed , Third bedrroom a bunk bed with twin on top and full on the bottom and a button and the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom..Full kitchen,living room, home theater, tv, dvd , ipod station, games, movies, dinning room , 2 balconies with ocean views and mountain views, porch with ocean views, hammacs and outdoor furniture, outdoor shower,washer and dryer, all linens and towels provided, parking , club house with basketball court, beach chairs, basketball, etc.. Brand new private inground pool (photos coming soon!)Close to Snorkeling, Restaurants, Golf, Rainforest, Old San Juan.

Super location away from the bustle of San Juan, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great sea view, 2mins walk to private beach, with a protected swimming area. Very safe and peaceful.

This was a perfect home for our family! It was such a wonderful place to hang out and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids spent hours in the pool (it was the perfect temperature!) and the beach was gorgeous and really easy to get to. The home is in a great location too- easy to drive to many destinations.

Villa Luna is an amazing property, ample space, everything you could want an more! The views were amazing, we were a group of 9 ranging in ages from 10 to 78 the beach is so secluded there are times you have it all to yourself. Elizabeth has everything you could need, chairs for the beach, floats for the pool, well appointed kitchen- just everything! I don’t think we turned on one tv while we were there- with the views and the sound of the ocean why would you! There is a small orange Mexican resturant right before the turn that serves a berria pizza that is to die for and right up the road on the left is a small place that has outstanding food and drinks! We were away from the crowds of San Juan but a 30 min drive frome all the excursions we had planned- hands down the only place to stay if you want peacefulness and to die for views Villa Luna is it! Thank you and would love to stay with you again!

Such a lovely view of the ocean and the hills in the background. Very relaxing, had everything from beach towels, to beach chairs, a cooler and everything to have an enjoyable time at the beach. The pool was a nice and even had a blow up raft for the kids to play on.

Superb property in every way. Great to stay away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan.The ocean view was incredible and the waves lulled us to sleep every night. The ocean breeze kept us cool night and day, but it was great to have the air conditioning in each bedroom.The beach was wonderful. Just a five minute walk and then a gorgeous expanse with lush greenery. We had small children, and we were pleased to see that there was an area of the beach that was surrounded by some rocks that made the perfect place to play with the kids.The pool area was lovely as well and very private. Perfect for the little ones. The house is well stocked those like us we want to cook. There is an extra refrigerator. And having a washer and dryer available was a real plus for our family. Elizabeth our host was gracious in every way. This vacation property ranks at the very top for us of all of our Many trips. P.S. don’t ignore Elizabeth’s recommendation on where to get the best piña colada with the best view in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Yabucoa! The location was perfect-easy to navigate (driveway is a bit steep but workable), close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and just about an hour from the airport. The pool was very relaxing, and the home had all of the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the sunrise view from the primary bedroom- absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful way to start each morning. Overall a great spot for anyone looking for convenience. comfort, and a lovely setting. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

It was a wonderful visit and Elizabeth is an incredible host! The villa was just as pictured and was well appointed! The beach was so close and given the location, seemed very private and quiet! Shopping and other amenities were just a short 10 minute drive for the most part!! Loved our time there!!

Such a gorgeous home. Honestly the pics don’t do it justice. The views from the front of the house are breath taking!! Stunning morning light. I love the hardwood floors which are so hard to find in PR. So much space and HIGH ceilings. The master bed was so comfy! The proximity to the beach is also a HUGE bonus for families. We spent our first and last day just enjoying the beach at the house. Just about a minute walk down the street. There is a small cove to the left protected by rocks and is the perfect place for snorkeling. There are also decent waves on the main beach which the kids loved. If you walk down to the right there’s cute swing on the south end that looks great for pics. There were usually just one or two groups on the entire beach. Very laid back and peaceful. Our kids also loved the backyard pool. It was nice to have as an option but we loved the beach the best. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful home!

We had a group of 10 and greatly enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for everyone, it was a friendly and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and exploring other local towns. We would definitely recommend and come back in a heartbeat!

EL Cocal is a very special place for me and my family. My grandparents bought a beach house when El Cocal was created 50 years ago. As a Kid my family used to spend weekends at the Beach House. This was and is my happy and safe place, lots of Great memories!!!!!
My family loved this place so much that my parents retired at the Beach house and I recently built two villas to keep coming every year with my husband and two beautiful boys. I want for them to experience what I experience as a child, tranquility, family time and quality of life.
If you are looking for your happy place this might be the one!!!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains!!!! Marine turtles lay their eggs on our beach between March and June!!!
