The house is on the island's Southeast side in Patillas, PR. It is a true Caribbean Sea getaway paradise, right on Playa Esmeralda (Emerald Beach), a quiet beach on the Caribbean coast. It is 1.30 to 2 hours from San Juan Luis Munoz Marin Airport.

The home offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The living room has a large picture window with magnificent, uninterrupted sea views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, A/C in all bedrooms, complete furnishings and an outside dining area where you can enjoy the ocean breezes from your private balcony.
NOTES:
1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit
2. We do not provide generators in case of a power outage.
3. Parking - Only provide parking for 2 cars.
4. Important Note about Supply items: a. We only provide a few basic items for the first 3 days of your reservation. Only provide a limited amount of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and shampoo. b. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store close by the house where guests can buy those items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.

1. Because Puerto Rico is a small island, you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours. Patillas is on the southeastern tip of the island, surrounded by Caribbean beaches. It is a small community with authentic local Puerto Rican charm and a true island feel, with clean, beautiful beaches and mountain scenery.
2. Because we provided a pool, we require our guests to review our Short-Rental Agreement Contract: Adult guests must agree to our short-term rental agreement. *** Please review the Short-Term Contract Agreement *** By completing the reservation, the guest AGREES and ACCEPTS all rules and regulations as stipulated in the Short-Rental Agreement document.
3. BIG GROUPS: If you have a large group, we have a second home a 1-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from each other (Casa Tropical - 1 min to the beach and private pool” OR www.vrbo.com/732928). The 2nd house is 15 minutes from this house (Casa Esmeralda del Sur www.vrbo.com/1526308).
