Perfectly situated on the tranquil southeast coast, this spacious family-owned home offers breathtaking ocean views, a private, gated pool, and direct beach access, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of up to 8 guests seeking relaxation and privacy away from the hustle and bustle of crowded resorts.
***The Space - This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open living room features a large picture window with breathtaking ocean views, filling the space with natural light and a calming coastal vibe. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals while listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze from your private balcony.
***Sleeping Arrangements
• Bedroom 1 (Master)- Queen bed with private bathroom | Bedroom 2- Queen bed | Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full-size bottom, twin top) + one additional twin bed

***House Information and Solar Battery Power Supply
1. Only the three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
2. Parking is available for 2 vehicles only.
3. A starter supply of toilet paper and shampoo is provided for the first 3 days of your stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. A local store is nearby, or Walmart is available along the drive to the house
4. Puerto Rico may experience occasional power outages. To help guests remain comfortable, the home is equipped with a limited emergency battery backup system.
5. During an outage, the following will continue to operate: • Lights throughout the home, • Refrigerator, • Ceiling fans, • TV
6. The following items must NOT be used during a power outage, as they will drain the battery and shut down all electricity: • Microwave, • Hair dryer, • Water heater, • Washer and dryer, • All air conditioning units. WARNING: Using any restricted appliances during an outage may shut down the backup system, resulting in a complete power outage. Battery duration depends on outage length, weather conditions, and usage, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
7. Guests are required to review and accept our Short-Term Rental Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the booking, guests agree to all house rules and policies outlined in this agreement.

Family friendly beach house

My family and I (5 adults, 3 children, and a baby) really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. The property was the perfect size for our group. We enjoyed walking up and down the coastline picking up treasures and did most of our swimming in the pool. The pool is the perfect size for swimming with small children. The one adult that is a strong swimmer swam the Caribbean Sea, but the rest of us decided not to. We enjoyed the view, the sea breeze, and some BBQ during the 4th. We recommend this place place.

Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property.

Breathtaking views

Perfect spot right on the beach with a private pool. Small town of Patillas is friendly and welcoming with great food. Spacious home with lots of sitting areas and beds.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We had a great stay at this house and the views are amazing! Being so close to the water was great even though the current was too strong to swim. The pool was perfect for the kids, even our teenagers, and altogether this was a wonderful location. We had excellent communication with the property manager, Ivette, and she helped with anything we needed.

Fantastic beach house property manager (Hector) was great - very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We travel lots but typically hotel-it so a little different experience but everything was great, 100% as advertised and I would highly recommended.

Ocean Retreat

My family of 5 stayed here over spring break and enjoyed every minute of it! The views of the beach were stunning, our kids loved playing in the pool for hours, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. There were beach front restaurants within walking distance that we visited and enjoyed some local sangria. We used this as our home base and did day trips to Old San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. We plan on booking this place on our next visit❤️

Relaxing Hideaway

Nice beachfront property. The view is amazing!! Beach is rocky, so not really great for swimming, but nice swimming beaches are not far away. Pool was very refreshing! Perfect for our family. Location is not far from grocery, gas, & dining... also reasonable distance from activities/landmarks that Puerto Rico is known for/has to offer. This was a wonderful place to stay and we definitely recommend!

Property was amazing. Our family enjoyed the private pool and direct access to the beach. It was great for our kids to experience a different culture without excessive tourist. The house feels bigger than it looks in the photos. We had 8 people and had plenty of space. Hector, the property manager, is so welcoming and personable!

Nice family vacation

The property met out needs. A little noisy turning over in the bunk bed and a bit crowded in that bed room. Lights flickered on and off when using the dryer or microwave. The beach and pool/ backyard provided lots of relaxing time. Overall, a nice stay. Would stay again.

The exterior of the property needs a little more maintenance. Perfect interiors. Beautiful and relax place. The refrigerator should be bigger, but maybe depends on the plans of the stay. The owners and the manager Hector are super attentive.

Wonderful Stay

Cozy, clean home with wonderful view! We lost electricity for a few hours (Due to the blackout on the island) however back on by early evening. The fridge stayed very cold even with the power outage. We were out all day the day of the power outage hiking El Yunque - which was amazing day trip. Definitely bring mosquito spray! Hector and Aida stayed in touch and were very helpful with recommendations in the local area. Would definitely stay again!

Our Backyard was the Ocean

We loved the location and the yard and deck. It suited our group of three couples to have the house as a base for day trips, and the house and yard and beach gave us enough space to not be on top of each other all of the time. We enjoyed the small seaside restaurants in the area. Property manager Irene was very helpful. We would definitely consider coming back!

We had an amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay. The house is just as advertised. Perfect small town feel for a relaxing vacation. Grocery stores were about 15-20 minute drive. We were able to eat meals at home during the day and then go to amazing restaurants in the evenings. Hector was so nice and helpful. I just want to add that every single person we met on our stay was super friendly and always wanting to give us tips on what we should see and eat. Very Proud Community.

I was born and raised in this once-small fishing village called Emerald of the South (Esmeralda del Sur). Greg, on the other hand, was born and raised in Minnesota. He fell in love with Puerto Rico, especially this beautiful ocean-side community, the first time he visited my family 20 years ago. He became captivated by the green mountains, blue sky, and beautiful light blue ocean waters. Since I left my beautiful island, I always wanted to go back. So, I purchased this quaint Caribbean getaway and remodeled it into a 3 bedroom home with amazing ocean views. Now, owning and sharing a piece of paradise with others is truly a blessing.

I was born and raised in this lovely paradise town, and I want others to know and enjoy this beautiful quaint town. It is one of the best locations for any family who loves to be close to nature and yet still enjoy other island activities!!! The property provides a reasonable, comfortable place for the family to reunite and make memories.

The first time I entered the home, I was mesmerized by the view of the ocean and the thought of having the beach as my backyard. It was amazing how it totally relaxed me and reduced my stress level. It was not only the view but the breezes coming off the ocean, the sound of the waves breaking and the warmth of the sun, or the coolness of the shade.
