About this property

Malecon Beach House with beautiful backyard. Steps from the Caribbean ocean.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing town area located in Patillas. This popular location called the Malecon, has public showers, bathrooms, volleyball court, kids playground, boat ramp, restaurants, 6 kiosks (walk-up bars), outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. This rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, private entrance, secure gated private parking for 1 car and an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and bar. The upstairs unit is for my wife and me. We are here to help our guest if needed. We have a beautiful English Bull dog, if you like to meet her just let us know.

This property also has a working microbrewery we operate. This is a private brewery and you will not need to worry about people showing up. You are welcome to try a sample and relax in our beautiful backyard.

This area comes to life on the weekends and can get loud at night. Even loud cars can drive thru the area at times; it is a normal part of the Puerto Rican culture. If you prefer a clamer experiance, Monday thru Thursday are better days to explore this beatiful area.

The property is only for the guest on the reservation, we do not allow extra family or friends to visit you while you are staying here. We prefer to keep the experiance you purchased for just you and those staying with you.

Once you are here, you will only be steps from the Caribbean ocean, calm beaches, kiosk and more. We hope to see you soon.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please open some of the windows, turn off the ac units and leave the key on the counter. The front door dose not need to be locked, just close the door when you leave. Thank you for staying with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Please no additional guest, visitors or additional family members is allowed to visit this property. Only up to the 4 people in your reservation.
2. No parties or events without prior authorization, the backyard area should not be used after 2 am and the fireplace cannot be used after midnight
3. Max weight limit per bunk bed 170 lb. Only 1 car parker at the property inside the gate and front gate to be kept closed.

Delightful stay in delightful house

My friend and I were looking for a lovely, relaxing house from which to take day trips around PR...this beach house was perfect. Clean, cute, with an amazing back yard full of beautiful plants. The hosts, Peter and Liamm, were wonderful -- very responsive to questions about where we should go, restaurants, etc., but also very conscientious about our privacy. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful place to stay with family. Being in such a great neighborhood made it even better. Be sure to check out the restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house, very friendly crowds! Pete and Liamm were really friendly and easy to communicate with. If staying in Patillas again, we would choose to stay here!

Beautiful oasis

This was an amazing place. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. We spent more time outside enjoying the wonderful yard. Loved walking the preserve at the end of the road. This location was less touristy than other places we stayed. The frappes at the end of the road were a daily treat. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The owners are so nice, their place exceded our expectations in cleanliness, and space for our family, it's close to the beach, with a Playground for the kids.The landscaping is beautiful. The beach is grand, but tranquil. Lot's of entertainment around and in the house. They have board games, and life-vests. They really thought of everything!. A real nice, safe place to stay.

What a gem

Pete and Liamm’s place is perfect to unwind. It is well equipped with everything you need but more than that, it is just a very relaxing place. There are shells and plants everywhere and it’s just beautiful. It’s also in a great area for local bars and restaurants and a good jumping off spot for exploring. Pete and Liamm We’re both super nice too.

We visited Patillas for a quick stay. The place was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable and the locals were very friendly. Peter & Lliam were also great to work with and very accommodating. We wish we had more time to stay longer. You cannot beat watching the sunset across the street, just gorgeous!

Delightful place for my family vacation

This is a very special place that Peter and Liamm have created. They have brought a bit of the rainforest into their back yard! My kids and I had a wonderful time. Felt like I was staying with old friends. The fresh lobster grilled on the barbeque was a meal I'll never forget.

Beautiful house and gardens

This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Villa Pesquera was mainly a small fishing village and farm lands originally. Today the area is more know for it's beautiful hillside landsacpes public beach and trendy weekend hotspot to visit. Do not forget to try some fresh fish.
