Best stay yet in Orlando

Everything about the villa was exceptional - from the booking process, communication, cleanliness, check-in process, helpful details from owner. We have stayed in villas before in Orlando - Sunset Memories stood out as the best we have visited. Window Hills is always a location we choose, due to it's proximity to parks, restaurants - and super handy having a Walmart so close. The extended pool size in this villa made a huge difference for the kids, being able to swim every day. Could not fault in anyway - just hope we get a chance to return some day!

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house! It’s very clean. It has everything you need and more. We loved the extended deck, pool, and hot tub. It’s in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with a gated entrance. It’s close to many restaurants, Disney, and grocery stores. It’s large enough for 2 families. The owner is very accommodating, responds to any questions very quickly. My family loved staying at Sunset Memories Villa.

Wonderful stay as usual

Stayng at Sunset Memories villa for the 4th time was as wonderful as our other trips. Plenty of space, high quality throughout, great pool and deck. Kristine communicates clearly and provides all the information you need. Grandson loved the Star Wars room and grand-daughter the Mickey room. Beds comfortable. Games room great. Loved the Pac-Man! Grandchildren loved the water park too. We shall be back.

Amazing stay

We stayed for a week as an extended family and had the most amazing time. We found the house to be perfect with plenty of space for the family to each have their own space. The patio was amazing and the outside space made our holiday. The owners are the best and came back to us so quickly with questions we had. Beautiful property

Had a lovely stay in Sunset Memories Villa, one week just wasn’t enough. Very well presented property, the beds and adjustable bedroom fans were brilliant. My husband particularly loved the TVs especially by the pool. The games room was just amazing although unfortunately we didn’t make full use of it due to lack of time. Would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Amazing Experience at Sunset Memories!

Our family of 6 recently stayed at Sunset Memories, and had a wonderful experience. The house is lovely, and so is Kristine! There was plenty of space for us, the pool was well maintained and warm, and the extra space on the patio cannot be beat! We love visiting Windsor Hills, and this is by far the best home we've stayed in! We will definitely be back! :)

Wonderful place 💓

This place was beautiful 😍 Pictures are usually nicer online then in real life. However, with this place pictures couldn't possible capture the stunning high ceilings, incredible cleanliness,comfy beds, and amazing attention to every detail to make your trip as comfortable as possible. The pool,spa,extended deck,privacy,and incredible view from a mini hill behind the house make this hands down the best place to stay in Windsor hills.The host Kristine is incredible and answers any questions with speed! Highly recommend staying here!

Sunset Memories Villa was in a perfect location to get to Disney, Universal, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other activities. The house itself was extremely clean and updated. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Everything looked exactly like the pictures. My family loved the game room, outdoor area(heated pool/hot tub), and themed rooms! The communication was thorough and responses were quick. This house is by far a family favorite. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10😊

Stunning home with amazing outdoor space

We had high expectations of Sunset Memories and they were fully met. The outdoor space was brilliant - completely private with open sunset views from ample comfortable seating and even a TV. The extended deck and privacy makes this property truly stand out . Inside the property is tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean with every comfort. From 85” TVs to pool inflatables - the owners have really thought of everything ! Good communication with owner and house instructions very clear. The photos fully reflect the property.

EXCELLENT!!!

This was our fourth time staying at Windsor Hills and our first time at this property. Kristine is awesome! She answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs during our stay. I’ll have to say, meeting Steve, the property manager, was one of the highlights of our trip. My family wanted to find reasons to get him to come back and visit. Haha. Everything about this property is just as described. We had an amazing time and will be coming back soon!!

Wonderful Villa!

This is a wonderful villa in a great location. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the villa. The contact from the owner was brilliant with prompt and detailed instructions which made the whole booking and stay stress free. We particularly enjoyed spending time outside as it was so relaxing. Even though we had cold weather we could still use the pool and hot tub as this was heated sufficiently. I would say that this villa has the best outlook on the whole of the Windsor Hills estate and the owners have done a fantastic job with the upgrades to the villa. The Windsor Hills resort is in such a convenient location to visit the theme parks with shops and dining on the doorstep. We didn't have time to use the community pool but it looked really good. We did manage to use the sports court for pickleball and that was great fun!

Amazing Home Close to Disney

One of the best homes we've stayed in, best by far in Orlando! The home was clean, had quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels for our party of 9. This community actually enforces a car limit, no need to worry about load music and parties from your neighbors. If you haven't stayed in Orlando before, parties are a major problem in other communities. You can tell the owners are invested into making this home a great experience. The pool table, arcade, fire pit, large patio table, loungers and outdoor tv were just some of the greatness. Kristine was incredibly responsive and provided us with everything we needed before, during and after our stay. Loved the location and the sunsets. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Orlando! Thank you Kristine for a great experience that our families will always remember!

Memories for Life

To say Sunset Memories Villa is the perfect vacation spot is an understatement! The house is so clean, so fresh, and so relaxing! The extended pool area is amazing! Watching Sunday night football outside while the kids were swimming was such an experience! The game room made endless memories. Nothing like having pool tournaments with the family. The Star Wars room was a dream come true for my 8 year old son. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The waterpark is absolutely amazing! Having that kind of amenity included in the house price is priceless. Thank you Kristine and family for being amazing hosts. Whenever I had a question or concern, you were right there answering my questions and calming my concerns. You guys are so accommodating and we appreciate that! We loved our trip so much, we had to book it for next year! The family is already counting down for next year!

Quality villa stay in Orlando.

We spent 13 nights in this villa and was the best one we have stayed at with over 20 past stays in the Orlando area. When we were at the villa we all enjoyed quality family time around the pool enjoying the outside fridge/TV and of course the pool on the extra large sun deck. The sunsets were amazing and to sit there with the family and a few drinks was a highlight for all of us. Yes, you can get cheaper villas in the Orlando area but it's worth paying more (in my opinion) to totally relax in a quality setting.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

Everything was perfect at Sunset Memories, we had a wonderful stay. We felt the photos did not actually do it justice and it was much bigger than we had thought. Spotlessly clean, lots and lots of towels, lovely games room and pool area. All the decor is very tasteful and feels modern and new. Windsor Hills is great and in a super location for the parks, especially Disney. Would highly recommend.

Without doubt, the best vacation home ever!

We have just completed our second stay at this magnificent home and booked again for later this year and next year. As recent ex owners of a Kissimmee vacation home, we hoped we would be able to find a quality home with owners who provide excellent service and really care about guests. We have found the perfect home and owners. This home is highly recommended. The website is superb for detailing every aspect of the home but to experience it is another level. It is the thought that has gone into attention to detail that make it stand out. Even links to videos on how facilities in the home work as part of the welcome book. Every aspect of a guests requirements has been thought through. The home is very clean and fixtures and fittings are exceptional and well maintained. The tiled floor throughout the home is first class. The kitchen has everything that is needed and well stocked. Towels and bedding are great quality and beds are very comfortable. The upstairs themed rooms will be fantastic for when we next visit with family later in the year. The deck area is expansive and the sunsets superb. Great outside furniture, including loungers, table/chairs and seating area, with even an outside TV and fridges. Pool heating is included, which is a huge benefit and the spa is great. Cost is exactly what is expected for a quality home. Great value for money. Finally, the owners are always available and if any issues do arise, they are dealt with immediately. Amazing

Better than advertised

I have only wrote 3 reviews in my entire life. However Kristen’s home was exceptional to the point I felt compelled to write my fourth ever review. The home was very clean, had supplies to make food and plenty of space. The backyard is absolutely amazing, the location is top tier for going to the parks and close to so many stores. Most importantly though; the owners were great and communicative. We had an issue with propane and immediately they sent us a payment for refilling it. This isn’t a corporate airbnb where you’re treated like a revolving door. You can honestly tell the owners take pride in their home, the overall experience and I can’t recommend it enough. We’re already coordinating another vacation to return. Stop looking at the never ending sea of corporate Airbnbs in the Orlando area and book this house where it feels like you’re staying at your extended families home

Flawless

This property is flawless. From the perfectly decorated interior to the extra large enclosed pool area. When we first arrived we couldn’t believe how beautiful this home is in person. The bedrooms on the main floor are all king rooms. The upstairs are the two theme rooms. Perfectly decorated! The pool area receives sun from dusk to dawn. The sunset are absolutely beautiful.

Great Family Vacation!!!

This property is top notch. Very well equipped and organized. Owners have completed some real nice upgrades and renovations which make the property stand out. Our family particularly enjoyed the extended pool deck area and the fire table is a great addition.

We waited over a year for this house. We knew what community we wanted to be in, knew the area of the community we wanted and even the floor plan we wanted. One day, the stars aligned and we were able to purchase our dream home. We spent 2 months completely renovating our home, inside and out, and are so excited to share it with our guests!

What makes this property unique

The most unique benefit of our home is absolutely the backyard. Aside from the unobstructed sunset views, the privacy is second to none. We sit on a bluff (so no rear neighbors) and our pool screen is also fitted with privacy screening so you can enjoy the lanai and pool without feeling looked on. Our home boasts an additional 480 square feet of deck space (more than most any home in Windsor Hills) and was created with a resort style feel.
