This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with queen bed in primary, another queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. It is located on the top floor featuring vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen and village views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful views of River Run Village.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and its own entrance to the private balcony.

Check-in was super easy using the amazing directions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials and made our stay feel too short!! The garage was clean and safe.

Thumbs up for: discount on ski rental at a great ski shop, ease of check in, well furnished and a good amount of kitchenware, parking garage! Thumbs down for: Noise from outside in early morning and late nights, hot tub on first floor wasn't nearly warm enough. (Neither of these were the owners fault) Will absolutely go back!

The property is in an excellent location, and property management did an excellent job communicating with us. It was very clean and very well equipped with property amenities. One couch for 4 people, though, is very uncomfortable, so one person had to sit in a dining room chair, which was not very comfortable. I suggest replacing the large end table with a smaller one and moving the couch down towards the kitchen. That would allow room for a small comfortable chair at the other end of the couch.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was great. The unit was smaller and much shabbier than it appeared in the photos. The furniture was in disrepair (ripped upholstery and wobbly chair), dirty dishes, profanity fingerprinted on sliding door, bathroom was not clean, it appeared that there was dried vomit on our balcony. Also, the tv was not set up. We have stayed at 4 other units in Keystone, some for less $$ and had much better experience. Although I would not recommend this unit I would definitely recommend the village and we will stay again somewhere else.

Met our needs for a 2 night stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We appreciated that Summit Mntn gave us a gasrage key before our check in time so we could park for free and head to the slopes. We had to go back to their after hours lock box when the slopes closed to get our room keys, but they are close to River Run, so that wasn't a big deal. The condo was clean, offered box fans in the closets, and the beds were comfortable. Coffee was one item that was not provided as a complimentary service, and I was a little surprised and disappointed. I would have brought some from home if I knew ahead of time. I saw someone from the cleaning staff the next day and asked if she had a little bg of coffee which she gave to me. I definitely appreciated that. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) staying and it was a tight fit in the living/dining space. I wouldn't have been comfortable with 6 people, but that comes down to space preference. The master bedroom has a queen bed which felt too small for my husband and I, so I slept on the pullout couch. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The condo has a great view of river run town center, and the walk to th gondola wasn't too bad. Our 6 yr old had a bit of a hard time carrying his skis all the way to the gondola, but we managed. One thing I would recommend that the owner buy new dining chairs as they are very wobbly.

Spring break snow ski

The location is great. My family had five ranging from ages 17-14 and 12. It was tight with it only having 2 beds. If you use the fold out couch, it takes up the entire family room. Very quiet area. For two bedroom condo in the village at Keystone - My only concern is that the five of us it was tigh t. It was very clean and close to the elevator on the 3rd floor.

The condo the kids wanted to be at when they were tired of skiing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location location location. Arapaho Lodge is ski-in ski-out, a three minute walk to the River Run Gondola. That’s the best lift to start from each day because it takes you to the top, and when it’s freezing outside, the Gondola is a warm retreat. There’s also the heated outdoor pool, and hot tubs in the courtyard outside the building. River Run Village was enjoyable, skiing Keystone was enjoyable. We had an awesome tripThe unit itself was a great place to make home for our trip. A master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a pull out couch gave us our own spaces. There is a heated parking garage below, so convenient, and nice to not have to trek gear far (we skied a day at another resort) or get into a frozen car.We did need an extra keycard, and it was easy to just text building management to get that resolved easily. Very responsive.

Reviewer Comments: Used linen left on bed despite our request to leave clean linen on the bed without having housekeeping do the beds in the hope that the line.would be fresh if housekeeping didn’t have to do the work. We have stayed with summit county multiple times and learned to carry our own linen as we come for longer than typical stays. It’s always been the same story. Unfortunately most visitors have too much trust in hospitality standards and don’t take the trouble to flip on a phone flashlight, peal back the linen and examine it for multiple strands of hair on pillow cases, duvet covers and the fitted sheet. Static in fresh line can attracts strands of hair but not a half a dozen and clumps of them sometimes as was the case at our recent stay at your property, other telltale signs are the destroyed creases from linen folds in the middle of the bed while they are intact at the sides as it takes sustained body weight to destroy them. Housekeeping stretching out used fitted sheets and leaving used duvet covers is a significantly prevalent issue at facilities where management does not proactively inspect work and the laundering of linen is done in house which undermines accountability as staff simply folds used and seemingly unsoiled linen without laundering them. How donI know where to look for such lapses in service? Besides having travel a lot I have worked in the industry in top rated hotels across Europe and the US so I am all to aware of these simple steps to determine sanitary conditions of guest rooms in most settings.

Loved the location, in the middle of river run village. Great grocery store right under. Had to call maintenance twice during our stay, once for the heating and once for the dishwasher. Kitchen sink faucet was not secure and kept dripping.
