From the condo, walk to the gondola, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and River Run's year-round activities. Arapahoe Basin is also only about 7 miles away, making this an excellent base for experiencing two of Colorado's great ski areas.

Unit 8160 offers mountain and River Run Village views from every room, giving the condo a true mountain-village atmosphere.

Step onto your private balcony for views overlooking River Run Plaza. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the mountain surroundings or watch the activity below.

During River Run's summer festivals and special events, the balcony overlooks the plaza's main-stage area. Guests have a great vantage point for the festivities, although these events can result in additional daytime and evening noise.

A full kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the gondola, enjoy family meals or simply relax at home after a full day outdoors.

SUMMER COMFORT

Keystone's cool mountain climate means many properties do not have central air conditioning. Unit 8160 does not have central A/C, but we provide a portable 10,000 BTU air-conditioning unit for additional comfort during warmer summer periods.

The portable unit is normally stored in the primary bedroom closet when not connected. The condo's wall thermostats operate the heating system only; A/C is controlled directly from the portable unit.

Mountain temperatures typically cool significantly in the evening, so opening windows when outside temperatures drop can also help cool the condo naturally.

LEAVE THE CAR IN THE GARAGE

One of the best parts of staying at Silver Mill is the ability to park your car and experience River Run on foot.

The gondola is approximately 60 yards away, while restaurants, shopping, ski rentals and village activities are right outside. The new Kindred resort is also just steps away, placing you in one of the most desirable areas at the base of Keystone.
