Welcome to our independent Guest house, a pleasant little single-storey house, nestled in a quiet and green environment in Anglet.
Adjoining our house, it has a completely private entrance, a south-facing terrace and all the necessary comfort to enjoy a stay in peace. Everyone has their own space: you can enjoy your accommodation in complete autonomy, knowing that we remain available if needed.
Ideally located between the beaches of Anglet, Biarritz and Bayonne, it is the perfect starting point to discover the Basque Coast.
This holiday home of about 40 m² can accommodate up to 4 people.
You will find:
• A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 × 200) and storage.
• A bright living room with sofa offering a comfortable bed for two people.
• A fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster as well as everything you need to cook like at home.
• A modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Separate toilets
• Fibre Wi-Fi, television.
Thanks to its high ceilings, With its large bay window and decoration inspired by the seaside spirit, the accommodation is particularly bright and pleasant to live in.
You will enjoy a private south-facing terrace, not overlooked, fitted out to take full advantage of the sunny days.
At your disposal:
a large table for outdoor meals, barbecue, deckchairs and a small relaxation area in the sun or in the shade according to your desires.
The house benefits from a privileged location for discover the Basque Coast, in a quiet area between ocean and nature.
Marinella beach: 10 min walk or 2 min drive
Chiberta Forest: 5 min walk, ideal for a walk or jog
Halles des Cinq Cantons: 15 min walk or 2 min drive
Biarritz centre: 15 min by bike or 10 min by car
Bayonne historic centre: 20 min by bike or 10 min by car
The cycle path is in front of the house and allows you to easily reach the beaches, Biarritz or Bayonne without using the car.
Please note: our very nice and affectionate little dog lives on the property. You may come across it when you arrive or come and go, but it never enters your home or your private terrace.
