The new modern apartment is located in a very quiet courtyard of a town house. It is located in the middle of the climatic health resort Krakow am See, only approx. 100 m from the lake promenade. For a long day at the beach, the guarded bathing beach with a water slide, diving platform, playground and large lawn is about 700 m away.

The wonderfully situated climatic health resort Krakow am See is surrounded by beech, mixed and coniferous forests, through which romantic well-marked cycling and hiking trails meander. The island-rich Krakower See is characterized by the best water quality and invites you not only for swimming, but also for rowing, sailing, surfing and fishing. It is possible to buy a fishing license. In the surrounding area you will discover small village churches, old manor houses as well as tombs and tombs, a riding stable, golf and tennis courts and a swimming pool. If you would like to experience even more nature, you will find the Nossentiner / Schwinzer-Heide in the immediate vicinity. Shops, small shops, restaurants as well as sports and leisure facilities can be found within walking distance in the village.

The light-flooded comfortable apartment is modern. It is equipped with a large living room with an open kitchen. A cozy couch invites you to relax in front of the flat-screen TV or radio. All windows are equipped with insect screens and blackout curtains. The new modernized, high quality and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge / freezer, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and a large dining area for 4 guests. The large bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed can accommodate 2 guests. If necessary, an extra bed for 2 guests is possible in the living room. You will also be thrilled by the newly modernized shower room with vanity, toilet and walk-in shower.

There is also a covered balcony / patio directly in front of the apartment. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, where you can end the evening. Use of the sauna next to the apartment is possible on request (10.00 euros / day). Parking spaces for cars are in the vicinity depending on availability or you can book a rental parking space (3.00 euros / day) for your vacation. It is possible to rent a boat on Lake Krakow at low cost. A cot for delivery and a high chair are possible on request. In the apartment, the laundry package and the existing consumables are only an initial equipment.

Low season € 55 per night
High season: € 65 per night

Additional costs: additional costs (water, electricity and possibly Gas consumption) are included in the rental price.

Additional service: parking space 3.00 euros / day; Bread service 3.50 euros / day

Non smoking apartment (you are welcome to smoke on the balcony (entrance))

Final cleaning: 49.00 € will be charged for the final cleaning.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen: price per set: € 7.50 (to be paid on site)

Towels: You can order towels or bring your own. Price per set (2 towels and 1 bath towel): € 7.50.
