Large and lovely apartment located in the main street of the center of Lecco, 200 meters from the lake and the ferry, a few minutes walk from the train / bus station and from all the main services and shops. The strategic position allows you to reach the main tourist cities easily (Como, Milan and Monza) by public transport or with your own vehicle and by ferry the most famous places on Lake Como.
The apartment is located on the second floor, the house is quiet and has a small balcony.

Gorgeous Lecco

Wonderful location, central to all amenities. Apartment is clean and comfortable, spacious and modern. Quiet sleeping environment. Love the small patio. We recommend Ariele’s apartment for a travelling couple.

Just perfect!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights during a train trip through Europe and the apartment was everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from station on vibrant town centre street. Secure door entry, extremely clean and comfortable, bedroom at back of property so no street noise. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic little balcony for enjoying a glass of wine or getting the laundry dry! We would love to return and stay for longer!

Absolutely remarkable! We are beyond grateful to stay at this beautiful residence! The host was very gracious in allowing an early drop off of our luggage and accommodated us in every way. The home is very clean and tidy with fabulous amenities! Such a fast walk from the train station, approximately 6 minutes and then only 3-5 minute walk to the lakefront! Plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes/bars to choose from. We couldn’t be happier honestly; HIGHLY recommended this spot, and the price for our stay was unmatched by anything else in the area. Grazie Mille Casa La Breva!

Nous avons adoré Lecco dans ces conditions, l’appartement était spacieux et confortable très bien aménagé, nous avons pu garer notre véhicule à l’abri dans une place de parking couverte à deux pas du logement ce qui est un gros plus à cette location.L’immeuble est insonorisé au 2 eme étage d’un bâtiment cossu. Le seul petit reproche serait que les draps mériteraient d’être repassés ce qui ajouterait au coté classe du lieu. En tout cas merci pour tous les renseignements précieux d’Ariel qui sont tombés à point nommés sur notre portable. À refaire sans hésitation c’était un séjour super agréable !

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der belebten Innenstadt. Selbst der See ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter.

Trotz Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig gelegen. Privater Parkplatz wurde fußläufig in der Nähe zur Verfügung gestellt.Balkon leider nicht sehr idyllisch.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Ariele !L’appartement est idéalement situé au centre de Lecco, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, très proche des commerces, restaurants, bars et du lac. Le tout dans un calme absolu et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé, le lit est grand et d’un confort ferme.Nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir si nous le pouvons.
