Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von April bis Oktober besteht eine Busverbindung nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und einer Gaststätte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gaststätte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der Rückseite.

Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Schlafzimmer in der zweiten Ebene mit Doppelbett, ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, SAT-TV und zusätzlichem Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC.

Wanderurlaub und Bogenschießen

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön oben auf dem Berg, ein kurzer Fußmarsch und man kann den Chiemsee sehen und die Aussicht genießen. Schöne Wanderwege und ein sehr schöner Bogenparcours in einer halben Autostunde entfernt. Flexible, sehr nette und lösungsoriente Vermieterin.Gepflegtes Essen im Restaurant. Alles Top!
