Nearby, you will easily reach the centre of Tartane, its restaurants and shops, while enjoying a calm and preserved environment. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa spread over two levels can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children?



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals on the covered terrace whilst enjoying the view of the swimming pool.



On the night side, the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with access to its exclusive bathroom

Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed

Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed

Bedroom 4: equipped with a double bed and two bunk beds (ideal for children or teenagers)



Two bathrooms as well as 2 independent toilets complete the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a large shaded terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying the plancha (The villa is located near the Caravelle reserve and is therefore subject to decree 205-1153 of 2 December 2025. As such, it is strictly forbidden to use a barbecue). The lounge area will be perfect for enjoying an evening ti punch whilst admiring the sea view. The large salt-water pool secured by an alarm and its sun loungers await you for afternoons devoted to relaxation.
