Vom Haus können Sie herrliche Wanderungen und/ oder Radtouren unternehmen. Der nahegelegene Simssee lädt zu Badespaß pur ein. Oder Segeln und Surfen Sie auf dem Chiemsee. In ca. 1 Stunde lädt die Lichtensteinklamm zu einer Naturbegebung der besonderen Art ein.
